Sleeping 4, this condo is only a short stroll down the private beach walkover to the Texas Gulf Coast Beach. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for two. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your local fresh catch of the day. The dining table has seating for four. The living room offers warm plush leather furniture with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. This condo also offers a queen size sleeper futon for additional sleeping. The nicely decorated bedroom sleeps two on the cozy queen size bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The half bath is located in the hallway. This classic coastal condo provides ALL your vacation needs. All you need to do is pack you beach towels! Enjoy the private balcony. Take a stroll over the boardwalk to our famous Texas Gulf Coast beaches. Pineapple Sands has wonderful amenities including a hot tub, heated swimming pool, BBQ Grills (charcoal), fish cleaning station, and assigned covered parking. Port Aransas is 4 miles from the Beach Club where you will find plenty of attractions, fabulous restaurants and wonderful shops. Parking for 2 maximum. This unit requires parking passes. They will be in the unit waiting for you. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. The condo is on the third floor. There is not elevator access for this unit. Please be aware there are external cameras. Sorry, NO pets allowed.
