Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. There is parking for 2 vehicles maximum.
PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons. This does include children of all ages. Community grills are available. Grilling is not allowed on the patios.

All 4 TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming apps available for your viewing pleasure, once logged in to your personal account.
