Down the hall you will find 4 bedroom and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and a twin bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the last bedroom a king. There is an additional bath for these bedrooms to share. Down an exterior staircase is the second living area, second kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third bedroom is a den with a Queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room making this house sleep 14 people. Beach View Estate is the perfect place to relax for a weekend or a full week! This homes offers a ping pong table located in the garage.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. No pets over 25 lbs. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
