The downstairs living area features a brand new 55” Roku SMART TV so you can catch up on all of your favorite streaming services (just login with your account) The entire living room and kitchen area can comfortably seat up to 18. Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and assorted cookware. The home’s 3 bedrooms and 3 baths let everyone have their own space. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds along with brand-new 32” HDTV. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed with a Roku SMART TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and 40” flat-screen HDTV. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom and separate access to the covered 2nd-floor porch. If you need it, there’s also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy a BBQ dinner, cooked on the posted-park style charcoal grill, while seated at the picnic tables. Decks on multiple floors, including a 3rd floor crows nest! Sorry, no garage access. Driveway can easily accommodate several cars and golf carts. Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Max Adult occupancy is 10 and regulated by City ordinance.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Only one pet weighing a maximum of 20 lbs is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
