Beautifully remodeled Meridian condo! Three bedrooms, three and a half baths. Tastefully updated and fully furnished, #1 is conveniently located at the entrance of the Meridian, and is ready to enjoy! Take in the gulf breeze and views of the bay from the tower of this rarely available corner condo! The first floor has manufactured hard-wood floors and is a relaxing setting for the living/kitchen/dining areas and powder room. The second floor has a large deck and tower, & access and all three bedrooms, which all boast their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bath features a teak wood bench and handrails. The laundry closet is also conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 small vehicle or golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA.
