This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less
Unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area.

Guest bedroom has two full size beds with access to full bathroom in the hall
Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tv with cable & private WI-Fi access

"Fantastic Unit!
We stayed the end of May 2022. This unit was perfect for us - layout was great where master was separate from secondary bedroom - 2 bathrooms is always a plus and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. It is literally on the beach - walk down the deck steps and you're there - easy to get all your beach gear to your spot daily - there are even 2 outdoor showers/hose hookups on the deck to rinse off sand. Just FYI some units similar to this we've rented in the past include extras like TP, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen soap, etc - this one did not so come prepared. Super convenient parking right out the back door with a ramp to lug your belongs from car to unit. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this surpassed my expectations - super clean and tidy! Would highly recommend and hope to have a return stay!"

"Sands at Laguna B1
The location was wonderful away from the traffic. The place was clean and had plenty of beds. The only problem was that we could not use the microwave. It blew the breaker and we couldn’t get it to work even with turning other things off first. Loved that it had a double and two twins in the one room and a king in the master. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach."

We have rented many condos in the Panama Cityvarra over the years and this was by far the best. The customer service was outstanding, the condo was perfect for us and our family. We are worried and hope you all made through Hurricane Michael with minimal damage. Having beach chairs and umbrella was great. Nicely appointed kitchen. The fabric on the outdoor deck chairs is splitting and needs to be replaced. Other than that EVERYTHING was TERRIFIC! "

"Rip Off Liars
We went on line to VRBO to look for a condo in Panama City Beach area. After booking it, I was charged $135.00 by VRBO, just because we "looked at their website." Then Home Away charged us another $49.00 for making a reservation on line, PLUS $46.21 for using a credit card. Neither one of these companies sees a problem with charging us 2 times just to make a reservation on line. They will not refund my money. This is a SCAM!

"Much Fun at Sands of Laguna - B2
We loved our stay at this cute place! It's very cheery, bright, and comfortable! The art pieces are fun, all the amenities are here, and we loved the keyless entry! The entertainment center had plenty of games and books and we also liked the little built-in bar table on the balcony---enjoyed eating there and having morning coffee after sunrise. We had a very enjoyable stay!"

"Beach getaway
When we arrived at our rental we were a bit skeptical at first judging from the outside. It was a smaller condo with wooden translation/stairs to access your condo. When we walked inside we were pleasantly surprised. Although the furniture was a little dated, it had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and beautiful!l you can't beat the view and being right on the beach. We loved our stay, our view, and our condo.. and will definitely come back. We also grew to love the little wooden stairs to get to our rooms. "
