Tidewater 217, our "Sea Forever", is a gorgeous, coastal beachfront condo perfectly situated with the most stunning views of Panama City's famous white beaches and offers Complimentary beach chair service, seasonally. This unit is on the second floor, which is the floor you walk into from the parking garage from the skywalk, so you can avoid the elevator! A fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and all the basic cookware essentials you could need, a laundry room with a personal washer and dryer, and a dining table that seats 6 along with 4 barstools offer you some of the best checklist items you need for a perfect vacation. The living room has ample seating for the entire family and shares those gorgeous Gulf views we all love. Sliding doors open up to the amazing wrap around balcony where you can relax with a warm cup of joe or watch the family having a blast in the outdoor pool.
The Owners of Tidewater 217 just replaced all the king mattresses, living room sofa, and updated the Kitchen and baths. Each bedroom has a comfy king bed, and two of those bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a guest bathroom located right by the alcove housing the fun twin bunkbed!

The Tidewater Registration fee is as follows:
1 Bedroom - $35.00 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $48.00 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $60.00 plus tax
Guests who register 24 hours or more in advance will save $10.
The registration fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to the common areas.

- Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
