Rental was very homey. Clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed time on the deck . Harbortown is a walk away. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice."

"Nice Stay
The rental property was up to date, very clean and perfect for out mother-daughter getaway. Our only issue was that the refrigerator did not get very cold during our entire stay, even after lowering the temperature. We had to throw out some shrimp due to concerns regarding the temperature. I would also suggest that detailed instructions for using the remotes for the TV, Cable and streaming services should be available on the coffee table. We finally figured out how to operate the remotes after the 1st day."

"Fall Trip
Very nice Condo in Inland Harbor. Love the location as we walked to Harbor Town for breakfast, shopping, and boat trip to Savannah. Unit was spotless and well stocked with all needed supplies. Bikes and beach chairs provided for our stay. Stable was a quick walk or bike ride from condo. A visit to feed the horses is a must.
Will definitely add this villa to our rotation in Sea Pines."

"Great Rental
There were a lot of options when we were looking to rent but what tipped the scales for us at this unit was that four bikes and four beach chairs were included. It is a very nice, upgraded unit in a great location. We hope to make a return visit."

Great location. The beds were not comfortable and had a crunchy plastic covering under the sheets. Made it a little sweaty at times. Other than that, the property was very good, well appointed with comfortable furniture and convenience features, the included bikes were in great condition, the deck overlooked a pond and was very peaceful, and the location was perfect for us. "

" Our One Month Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The number 1 best thing about it was the location: right across the street from Sea Pines Center, and Harbourtown was only a mile away. The property was clean, comfortable living room chairs and bed, the kitchen had all necessary equipment except for having a keirig. Having a grill on the little porch outside was a plus. The property mgr. Always responds immediately and solves any problem. Only weird annoying thing was at night, the animals, birds, bugs (??) were extremely loud most of the night and we could never figure out what was making the noises! Only thing to make this villa better would be to have it be on the end so that the porch could be roomier!!! However, We enjoyed the villa so much that’d we are returning to stay 2 months next year.

"Great location, great stay!
We stayed 4 nights. Condo is in great location and came with bikes and beach chairs. Could walk to Harbourtown, Sea Pines Center, trails etc. Master bedroom was room, bed, pillows, linens are very comfortable. Bathroom was large and loved the art through the condo."

"Stay at inland harbour
It was great. Clean and spacious, cute place.
My one complaint is the beds/pillows were uncomfortable and sheets were as well. There weren’t enough towels in the available in the apt. I would stay there again but bring my own linens. "

"Convenient location for family vacation
My daughter’s family of 4 and I stayed at this location for a week & thoroughly enjoyed our time. We found the location very convenient, clean & well maintained. I volunteered to sleep on the sofa bed, but don’t really recommend it for someone my age (75). When we arrived, we found there was no soap or towel in the 1/2 bath and no linens, towels or pillows for the sofa bed. An after hours phone call received a quick response from Island Rentals, though. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked, and the full size washer & dryer were handy. We cooked on the grill 2 nights and found it easy to operate with plenty of gas. The master shower is luxurious! I highly recommend this location as well as the management company."

"Loved the rental!
We enjoyed our time at HHI and this rental home made it even better. I was really impress with the cleanliness of the home. It smelled clean the moment we walked in the door. Having the bikes available was a bonus. We biked everywhere. It was quiet and relaxing. The home is very spacious and well decorated. We did call management the second day due to master bedroom pillows being flat as pancakes. He immediately fixed the issue and we had two fluffy pillows waiting when we returned. It was in the middle of everything and very convenient. We also enjoyed the beach chairs being available for use. Thank you for a great getaway! We would definitely rent this home again!"

"Summer Stay - August 2022
A quick family getaway with our kids in August. Condo supplied plenty of room and location was great. Did horseback riding which was right around the corner. Kids loved going every night and feeding the horses. Locals aren't that friendly but having family on the island I was well aware of how the islands charm has been changing over the years. We couldn't find the pool that we had passes to or the private beach. However, we visit HHI often so we were well aware of the other beaches just a quick car ride away. When we arrived the garbage had not been emptied and had yogurt, etc. in it. Unit needs to supply garbage bags, we had to use grocery bags for our stay. Bikes were a nice plus however we didn't end up using them but nice having the option. Beach chairs were a major plus for our family size and something a lot of other rentals don't offer and something that we weighed into our decision to stay here. Disappointed we were one short based on the rental site but called the office and they said they would have another sent out. Chair didn't arrive until the day we were leaving so kind of a bummer. The master bathroom is awesome and a major welcomed upgrade in the unit. All in all a few minor disappointments but we had a great time and would highly recommend this rental to others. Rental is in a clean and quiet area and would stay here again on future trips to HHI."

"Fantastic!
We had a fantastic experience at this HHI rental in Sea Pines. Home was lovely and up to date as well as very clean. We appreciated the free bikes provided as well as the beach chairs and beach umbrella for our use. The manager was prompt in answering our questions prior to arrival. We easily rode bikes to Harbor Town and various beach accesses. Everything was as described. A lovely, quiet location but close to everything you want. Highly recommend!"

"Great location along with a great villa
The review has to be in two parts. We have stayed in Inland Harbor probably about 15 times and HHI 30. Inland harbor is a great location. A short walk to Harbour Town and a ten minute bike ride to the beach. Walk across the street to restaurants and shops.

The unit 2448 we have stayed three times before it as totally remodeled. It was nice before the renovation. Now it is just first rate. Beautifully decorated located on a lagoon. It is fully equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. Sounds weird but stayed in a unit several years ago and our backs ached every day. Could not recommend more highly. "

"Great Week at Hilton Head
Our experience with Island Rentals from beginning to end was great. Our villa was clean and exactly as pictured. A couple of small issues were taken care of quickly by Island Rentals staff even on Sunday. The location is very close to Harbour Town. I would highly recommend this rental. "
