The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, offering easy access and a restful retreat after a day of exploring. To help you make the most of your time outdoors, the home includes four adult bikes—provided by South Beach Bike Rentals—and four backpack beach chairs. Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
