This picture-perfect 3-bedroom villa includes smooth ceilings, extensive stone flooring, updated kitchen and baths, stone tops, and just painted interiors. Featuring lagoon and poolside views, this villa is the perfect place to unwind. Bring the family out for a grillout on the large elevated composite deck. As you enter, you find a well-appointed kitchen just off the entry hall that conveniently flows to the open dining and living areas. Just off the spacious living room is a large private deck. Also on the first level is the primary bedroom suite, which features a king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
From the entry foyer, you will find a powder room nestled under the stairs that lead to the second floor. The second floor features two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, while the second has two full-sized beds. These guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The villa is accessible by the the the the community pool, only a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, and has direct access to the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course within a short bike ride or walk to the beach club and all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
