This unit is within a short walk of the Harbour Town Yacht Basin, World famous Lighthouse, Harbour Town Golf Links (Home of the PGA Tours RBC Heritage Classic Golf Tournament, the Smith-Stearns Tennis Center as well as numerous shops & restaurants. Guests can also take advantage of available watersports, boat rentals, boat tours, kayak & paddleboard rentals that are all just steps away from Racquet Club Villas. Sea Pines Center and the Sea Pines Beach club are all a short bike ride away or available by the Sea Pines Trolley system which has a stop only about 25 yards from the front door of this unit.

"An excellent choice at a reasonable price.
The apartment was everything we expected based on the description. We've rented in sea pines every October for the last 40 years. I would put this property Near the top 4 convenience and price.

It is probably 1 of the best stocked rentals we've had. More than most!

Very scenic property, Close to the pool. Golf course and pond views.

"Spacious ground floor overlooking pond with wildlife
We loved the large bedrooms and ground floor location with sliding doors to the porch overlooking a small pond with golf course views. We had coffee on the porch watching blue heron and a gator sunning himself. We are frequent Sea Pines visitors and enjoyed the close proximity to Harbor Town, a 2 min bike ride away! The only negatives were some small maintenance issues, such as a curtain rod falling own and a broken drawer in kitchen. falling out. A load of clean linen laundry was left in the dryer. I wrote to management after our stay and never heard back. It seems like a property management / cleaning crew problem rather than owners and could be easily fixed. This cute condo truly has the potential for a 5 star review, with a little more care. It’s a good option in Sea Pines, particularly for the price."

"Clean Condo & Convenient Location
Rental was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. It was in need of some minor repairs (silverware drawer, living room curtain rod). The unit is ready for a renovation, especially the bathrooms, but was clean and a great value, especially for a 3-bedroom unit and was accurately represented in its listing. The furnishings are newer and comfortable. The location is very convenient to area attractions - Harbourtown and Sea Pines Center. A short drive or bike ride to the beach club."

"Great location
The condo is nicely furnished and had a great location. We were able to walk to Harbor Town, easily access the bike trails and the shuttle. We had an issue with the plumbing backing up in the condo. The property manager was able to get a plumber out within an acceptable amount of time and although it was a fairly big project they were able to fix it from outside the condo without shutting the water off. The owners were kind enough to compensate us fairly for our inconvenience. It was something beyond their control. "

"enjoyed our stay but needs cleaning
We had a great time in Hilton Head and this condo had comfortable beds, was in a good location, and the A/C worked great. However I did need to clean it when we arrived, surfaces were dirty/dusty, dead bugs on inside windowsills, bathrooms need deep clean for sure and possible updating. Shower curtain in bathroom is stained. There were paper towels covering a grease spot in the bathroom drawer, kitchen silverware drawer would fall out when you opened too far, and we had to dig a washcloth out of garbage disposal. I wiped down all the tables and other furniture as well as counters and other surfaces to get visible dirt and grime off. Folding closet doors in bedroom would not stay closed. I sent an email regarding the cleanliness the night we arrived and did not receive a response at all. "
