This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Palmetto Dunes villa is just steps from the beach. A beautiful, coastal vibe flows throughout this villa with its’ light walls, driftwood floors, and beachy art. The furnishings and finishes exude low country charm. The kitchen, living room, and dining room look out to the patio and huge windows. Each bedroom boasts a private bath for comfort and privacy. This beachside villa has it all.
**THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FROM OCTOBER 27, 2025 - December 10, 2025. Work will be done Monday through Thursday, 10 hours each day, until completed. To reduce the inconvenience caused by the elevator shutdown, the Board has arranged for a service in transporting luggage, groceries, and other items, for anyone needing assistance.

• Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
A service station will be set up near the elevator in Building 6000
***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25 - April 2026. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side.
