Townhouse Tennis #17 is a nicely decorated end unit townhome. Guests feel right at home on the island with this open floor plan & 2 story layout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. Beautiful golf views, quiet townhome, perfect for relaxing, riding your bike or playing tennis. This home has a king in the upstairs master, another king in the downstairs master, a queen bed in third bedroom plus a twin bed in the upstairs bonus room. Shipyard is a gated community and this townhouse is just inside the Pope Avenue entrance. Beach parking is available within Shipyard Plantation at the Shipyard Beach Club. Take advantage of the bike/leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard. Guests enjoy easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

Wonderful townhouse. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Very clean. Great view of the golf course and easy walk to shops and restaurants at Cologny Plaza. The thing I love about Shipyard is that it is much quieter than other plantations. You can enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head without the hustle and bustle of traffic, noise and too much traffic. "

"Great Unit and convenient location!
Wonderful condo. House was roomy and being a corner unit had plenty of light. We enjoyed the beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. The grands loved being able to walk across to the pool. The unit was bigger than it looked in the pics. We had several family members come over for drinks and dinner and there were room for everybody. Appreciated how close it was from the main road, because it gets very dark at night and you have to be on the lookout for bikers etc. Was pleasantly surprised at the updates that the owners made by upgrading to hardwood floors and painting the beams and staircase white. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our family would not hesitate to rent again. FYI:We had no problem with guests visiting, you just have to get extra passes from the office.

This is a very nice townhome to stay at. Big, clean and great location. The one thing that you will need to make sure you bring is wall plugins for charging phones, ipads, etc. as there are only the standard plugs in the rental."

The townhouse was great: plenty of room and beautiful decor. Pool was very convenient, unfortunately the beach was not. There were great bike trails and beautiful scenery. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed riding the shipyard property and down to Caligny. Overall it was a great stay."

"Couples Getaway
We stayed at this villa for a week with 2 other couples. It worked out beautifully that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone inside and outside on the patio. Our villa was very clean and nicely decorated and updated. We all felt very comfortable here. The pool was very close and we loved that we could go to the pool or the beach. Coligny Beach was closer than the Shipyard Beach, but we preferred Shipyard and could ride there on our bikes, about 1.7 miles. Seashore Vacations staff were all very professional and friendly and easy to work with prior to and during our stay. This is a really nice villa and being a corner unit that makes it even better. Location to restaurants and grocery stores is really good too.
Be sure to eat at the Sand Bar just down the road. We all had a delicious meal there and enjoyed live music. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
