You're going to love this Barrington Arms villa, completely renovated in 2021. This pristine 3rd floor (end unit) villa is wonderfully furnished and overlooks the landscaped gardens and pool out to the Atlantic Ocean!

The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped and has been renovated with granite countertops, brand new cabinets, and appliances, including a washer and dryer. The dining room table seats six, as does a breakfast bar with bar stools.
The living room completes this open-concept villa with its comfortable brand-new couch, seats, and brand-new TV.

The master bedroom consists of a king bed, TV, study area, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is nicely updated with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom consists of 1 queen and 1 twin, a TV, and its own fully renovated attached bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has a beautiful tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

"Beautiful but Needs Some Minor Corrections
It was a very pretty place meant to impress you. The view was outstanding. Parking under cover was great. The Barrington Arms and Palmetto Dunes were very pretty.
A few things need to be changed and added. There are ample cabinets but the plates, bowls, cups and glasses were in a breakfront in the dining area NOT the kitchen and should be. The queen bedroom does not have any mirror at all. The mattress needs to be replaced. Rolling to the center of the bed isn't comfortable or suitable for an adult. The extra bath is very pretty but not safe. There are no safety features. There is a broom and vacuum cleaner but no dustpan to use with the broom. I cannot use a vacuum cleaner at home. My husband does. The left door of the refrigerator cannot be opened all the way back which makes it inconvenient to get things in and out. The night before we were leaving I had already packed up some of our items due to the early checkout time, like my 4 qt pan I bring to make tea. When I started to make dinner, there was NO big pot in the place. I could not believe it and looked all the cabinets over. So I had to unpack to cook our fresh shrimp. We have never stayed in a place that did not have a big pot. Minor things and poor setup that caused aggravation. The mgmt co needs to include directions on how to use the lock on the door in their packet. It was difficult to figure out with no prior use of this kind of lock and it didn't work consistently. We wasted 15 to 20 min trying to find the co itself from the parking lot the business was located in. There were several other annoyances in dealing with them that we have never experienced before. We used them about 5 yrs ago for a rental in Sea Pines with no problems. No signs for the co. after getting in the parking lot. I would not recommend the property to a friend without telling them about these things. I did not mark Yes on the last question."

"Good time in HHI
Island time rental was easy to work with, the unit at Barrington looked just like the pictures. It was clean and we spent most of our time on the balcony. A couple of things to change would be the chairs at the bar height table they were not as high as the table and it made it hard to sit and eat. We would rent from Island Time again but would like to see the fee for renting chairs, umbrellas, etc removed. We bring our own so we don’t need the service but still had to pay for it. All and all a great experience and great week in Hilton Head "

"Overall Review
Great location and settings, never allot of people there and quiet. Condo is laid out perfect. Two easy fixes are needed, lock on slider, currently using a wood board to lock and the main entry door lock is very hard to work. Needs an update. This will not effect us coming back, we have stayed here twice and plan on making this a yearly trip."

"Great family getaway
It was a perfect location for our family’s relaxing beach vacation. It was our first time on Hilton Head Island and this was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to visit. The layout was convenient and the large, covered deck was enjoyed by all of us every day. All essentials are available there was ample, close by parking. Will definitely visit again! "

"Beautiful villa in a tremendous location - Perfect!
We had a fabulous time at 301 Barrington Arms. The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We spent many hours down at the beach and had great walks along it every morning. For a change of pace, we also spent a lot of time at the pool. The Barrington Arms property is beautiful and relaxing. We loved the deck too! The villa was spotless, wonderfully appointed with all the necessary amenities and it was a real pleasure dealing with Island Time. They were extremely helpful with everything. We've already booked our return for next year. "

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa. It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable furnishings, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Very clean! The management company was awesome. Great location in Palmetto Dunes. We saw a mother doe with her twins one day and the alligator in the pond another day. No issues whatsoever! Truly was perfect!! Highly recommend!"

"Great Getaway!
This place is fantastic! My wife and young daughter just got back and would return again in a heartbeat. It is in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, with a great view of the ocean, pool and pond on the property (where we could safely watch the alligator every day). A quick drive(or walk) to the general store for essential needs or even breakfast & lunch. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Everything you need.

It was very clean and ready for our visit. With a king bed in the master & a queen and single in the other bedroom this place can hold a good sized family or two couples. Lots of space throughout, and both bedrooms/bathrooms could be shut off from one another for extra privacy.
