"Wouldn’t stay again
The bathroom in the dark master bedroom was small. The master bedroom needs to be brighter the mattress bad on the bed. The steps going in the house are loose and dangerous. I found dirty dishes in the cupboard so I washed them all. Lights out along steeps into the house."

"77 Wood Duck
I was a little disappointed in the property. I have stayed at many homes over the years in Sea Pines so I can compare. I enjoyed my stay and did enjoy the house, but the experience was less than my expectations. The sound bar for the TV in the family room did not work, the grill outside was very dirty, there was a broken chair for the dining room table, the utensils, glassware and dishware was fairly sparse. It took five minutes to get hot water out of the faucets. To me it looked like there has been no significant refurbishment in a number of years. I know it's a rental and I make these comments not as criticism, only as an honest assessment. More than happy to talk to Buddy if you wish.-my cell # Buddy was very professional and very helpful. Enjoyed interacting with him and his attention to our rental."

"No Ebikes in Sea Pines!
Our accommodations were great! Very roomy. However, we come to HH to ride our Ebikes on the wonderful bike paths and the beaches. We were told by security that Ebikes are no longer allowed to be ridden in the Sea Pines neighborhoods. This was very disappointing!! Ebikes are becoming very popular and we saw many of them being ridden all over the island. We come to HH about 3 times a year and we will never stay at Sea Pines again!!"

"Home away from Home
Property was easy to locate within the Sea Pines Resort. Located on a corner lot, it was clean and well maintained. Interior was modern and well stocked with linens and any necessary supplies needed for your weekly stay. We had to purchase a few items for the bathroom, soap, shampoo and paper towels for the kitchen. That was all expected and explained in advance by the management company.
We spent most of our evenings in the house cooking dinner and playing family games in the bright and open living room.
We used the outdoor grill several times and spent afternoons lounging on the back patio.
Neighborhood felt extremely safe and any locals we ran into were exceptionally friendly.
The house is located close to all of the bike paths, Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Harbour Town and close to the local Harris Teeter. We never even had to start our car the whole week at the house, we just rode bikes to retrieve whatever we needed.
All in all we were very satisfied with our stay, and our kids commented that they've never felt so "at home" in a vacation rental. We hope to stay again in the near future."

"Lovely, newly remodeled home
This house has been recently remodeled - everything is new. It is a lovely and relaxing space, plenty of room for a small family, in a charming, quiet neighborhood, close to the Club course and all Sea Pines amenities. The pictures don't do it justice - it's even nicer than it looks in pictures. Completely new bathrooms and kitchen, all new appliances, furniture, rugs. A really nice, relaxing week here - we would not hesitate to rent this house again."
