Welcome to 11 East Wind! This stunning oceanfront home sits in the heart of Palmetto Dunes and features top-notch amenities for the best overall beach vacation experience. With 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and 3,450+ square feet for guests to enjoy, this home can host up to 12 guests very comfortably.

The living room is spacious and outlined with elegance in every detail. Guests can enjoy plenty of plush seating around the large flatscreen TV, which makes for perfect family movie nights. There is also a rolling speaker available for guest use. Just down the hall, you will find the kitchen of your dreams! The huge kitchen is completely remodeled and features top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of counter space, and a walk-way, allowing multiple people to cook simultaneously without feeling overcrowded at all. There is enough seating for eight at the formal dining table and an additional five bar stools at one of the kitchen islands.

The first bedroom serves as the master and can be found on the first floor, featuring a king-sized bed, private ocean view balcony, and huge ensuite bathroom with heated floors! On the second floor, you will find the second bedroom, which features two queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Across the hall, the third bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private ocean view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway sits the fourth bedroom, consisting of a king-sized bed, a queen-sized murphy bed, a private ocean view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.

Outside, your private beach oasis awaits! Guests can enjoy the multiple flatscreen TVs out on the expansive back porch, which features plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy lazy days in the hammock or cozy nights around the fire pit. Take a few steps down to the beautiful pool, or follow the sounds of the waves crashing down the private path to the beach!

• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. "Perfect break from New England In February
The house and property were wonderful. Beautiful setting with the beach right in front of us. We came down for a ‘working’ February to get out of the cold weather. Even though HH is not hot in Feb, it was exactly what we hoped for - good number of sunny days - almost shorts weather. Particular note - the house had great internet, connectivity - which is not always the case with beach rentals we’ve experienced. Made it very easy. House is lovely. If it was summer we would have been living outside on the great deck and backyard. All the best!"

"Hilton Head 2023
This home was very nice and in a good location. It could have been better stocked in the kitchen. Pans need to be replaced. No wine opener. More basic supplies like garbage bags, tin foil, dishwasher soap. This is especially important for guests who fly in and can’t bring these supplies along with them. The screen door on the back patio was torn and we had a terrible issue with flys all week. The garage doors did not operate well. TVs were also hard to figure out. There were so many remotes, some of which seemed like extras. Both homes on either side had outside construction going on for our entire week. For the cost of this rental, we expected a bit more."

We enjoyed 11 East Wind! We enjoyed the exterior landscaping of the property, including all the trees it has. We had an osprey pair all week, along with many other birds around often. The pool was good (we thought it might be a bit small, but it worked great for kids play space.
The inside was a very comfortable open concept on the main floor with very nice amenities.
The location of the property, somewhat central to everything on the island, works well for us.

"Disappointed
I booked 2 weeks at home. The pool took 48 hrs before someone came to heat yet the billing was immediate. No problem but then I saw the trend. They came to saw trees down and called to stop it and I was misled several times to believe they had called to stop it. I spoke with the manager, and she was aggressive, unapologetic and hostile. Told me go ahead and write a bad review. "

"Wonderful vacation rental
11 East Wind had everything our family of 10 wanted! Great location right on the beach to ride bikes, walk and swim. The pool was enjoyed by the children and adults. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. We will be back!"

"End of July stay
The home in general was fine. In particular it came up short in a few places. Upon entering the home you are hit with a mild mildew odor. The house was clean but the outdoor area could have used some help. The fire pit area - the stone seating particularly needs to be pressure washed. The table in that area looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The walkway to the beach is a hazard The stones are unusable on the walk down from the dune - slick with sand and too steep. The fridge freezer does not freeze ice cream. The front porch steps need a handrail. The short drive has a dip that is a trip hazard. These are all suggestions to take this from a 3 star to a 4 star. None are hard to do. Pleasant surprise was all the beach towels. "

"11 East Wind
The house was in a great location, with several wonderful amenities. The house was clean, with new bedding & open floor plan, which allowed our group of 10 to comfortably be inside all together as once. The outdoor deck also offered outdoor space to enjoy the view & entertain outside. The beach was a short walk from the house & the pool area allowed for any needed down time from the beach. It would’ve been great to have the house completed when we had arrived, we understood that there had be a leak one of the bathrooms, which made that bathroom unavailable to use to use for half of the time we rented the house. Any type of compensation would’ve been nice to have received as we paid full price for the week. "
