SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Sitting directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico is SunDestin Beach Resort. This high rise condominium complex boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a splash pad that’s open seasonally and is great for little ones. Get in a workout in the fitness center then grab a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach (for an additional fee) and spend the rest of the day on the sand. A tiki bar is also open seasonally and The Sea Store is in the lobby- it’s a one-stop-shop for any souvenirs or snacks you might need. The Scenic Stays team is always available in the lobby at the front desk.

SunDestin 1103 is a bright one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo. When you enter, you’ll see a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meals or snacks to bring to the beach. The kitchen opens right into the dining and living areas, with plenty of seating and a flatscreen TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door in the living room to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating for two to enjoy morning coffee or drinks while watching the sunset. The bedroom features a king sized bed and the bathroom can be accessed from here or the hall. With a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area, this one-bedroom rental sleeps four guests total.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

SunDestin is in the perfect spot to enjoy all Destin has to offer. Big Kahuna’s Water Park is less than a mile away and so is The Track. Both are great places to enjoy a day off the sand. Grab dinner at McGuire’s at the west end of Destin, just four miles from the resort.
