SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Ready for a little rest and relaxation? We’re ready for you at SunDestin Beach Resort, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Destin, FL! Upon arrival, you’ll note all the amenities within your reach. A gift shop is located on-site and you’ll find plenty of meeting space available for special events or business meetings. Exercise enthusiasts will love the outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and fitness facility. Take advantage of the steam room and sauna and be sure to check out the outdoor hot tub! Everyone in your party will enjoy the outdoor tiki bar and splash pad (seasonal) and complimentary DVD rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for an additional fee. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 0501 is a bright, cheerful, two-bedroom condo accommodating up to six people. This unit boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. You’ll find flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living room and a stackable washer-dryer conveniently located in the fully-appointed kitchen. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table with seating for six or take it out on the balcony.

Grab a meal, do some shopping and check out the view at the Destin Harbor, a five minute drive from SunDestin Beach Resort or spend the day in the sun at nearby Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
