You're going to fall in love with Beach Escape the minute you walk inside! This cozy ground floor condo is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, has all the best comforts of home, and is pet friendly. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, from plates and cups, to cookware, and a brand new Keurig! They have a blender, toaster, fridge, oven/stove, and dishwasher as well. The dining room table seats 6 and opens up to the living room, where you can kick back and relax. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, direct access to the back patio, and a en-suite master bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is huge, and is equipped with 2 queen size beds, making this perfect for 2 couples or the kiddos. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub combo as well.

Pet Policy: 1-2 dogs are permitted. Dogs must be 30 pounds or less each. A non-refundable fee is charged if you'll be bringing along Fido. Inquire with (Property Management) for more details. Pets are not permitted on our beaches.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED! Setups include 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, and service is seasonal from March - October.

(Property Management) has enhanced cleaning protocols in place. Get an amazing night's slumber with our Rest Well linen package, where you know all bed linens and spreads are professionally laundered between every stay.

We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Awesome Family Vacation Beach Getaway
The condo was spacious, clean, and cozy, comfortably fitting my family of 5. This was our first time staying in this particular area of Destin, and we loved it. The condo was a very short walk across the parking lot and one street crosswalk to the beach, less than 2 minutes, which was very nice. The beach set-up with umbrella and chairs is always a favorite amenity and made our beach time much more enjoyable. The pool is just around the corner from the room and was easy to get to. The majority of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are a 15-20 minute drive away, with some restaurants being within walking distance of the condo. Overall, we had a great stay in this condo and had a wonderful experience with the communication/booking process with Breathe Easy Rentals! Highly recommend staying here or booking with this company. "

We had a great stay in our Breathe Easy Rental! We had 6 of us altogether with our small dog. There was plenty of room for all of us and a short walk to the beach! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen had lots of utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans. There was plenty of grass space around the condo for the dog to use the restroom. We also
enjoyed taking her on walks along the main street . The pool was right around the corner from the condo and was easy to access. The owners had amazing communication by email and text explaining everything before and during our visit. We highly recommend staying here! "

"Location is great
The location of this rental is perfect...short walk to private beach with beach service is great. Short walk to restaurants etc. As for the actual unit, you could tell that the owner has put "some" money into it to prepare it for rental; however, i would argue they stopped a little short of what is necessary. The kitchen is the one area that needs the most attention...cabinets needed more than just a lite coat of paint(need replacing), countertops need replacing etc. Bathrooms had received some attention and were in good shape/clean etc. The grounds of the units could use more attention...landscape crew could just be a little more precise with their work and some cosmetic updates are needed from an exterior finish standpoint. Don't go thinking the tennis courts are in good shape...one example of the grounds needing some attention. "

"Great First Time Stay in Destin
I was blessed with the opportunity to spend an entire month in Destin, thanks to Breathe Easy Rentals. I had never been to Destin, nor had I used an online booking service. The entire process from booking to check out was so easy and stress free. Brittany was there to help the entire time.
