A dining room for 6 is right next a 4-high top stool kitchen bar, so it is easy for everyone to eat together. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily satisfy your culinary desires. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun!
On this floor there is also a large queen master suite with an ensuite bath that includes an amazing "outdoor feel" shower with large skylight you must try out. On the other side of the master bedroom you will find expansive ocean views from the balcony. And finally, right off the kitchen and great room you will find a second balcony with ocean views.
The 2nd level has 2 well-appointed queen guest bedrooms that share a bath with a shower/tub combination. There is also a "mini living room" on this floor with a large flat screen TV and a sofa with a queen sleeper - this home sleeps 8 in beds, 10 with the queen sofa sleeper.
The 1st level boasts an expansive Queen master suite with its own private entrance, a 65" flat screen Smart TV and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.
On this 1st level there is also an extra refrigerator and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Other amenities include WIFI, cable and 4 PARKIING SPACES - Parking is a premium at the beach and this home has 2 garage spots, 1 car port spot and 1 additional off-street spot – a true luxury in this area.
Walk or bike to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. With excellent access to Pacific Coast Highway, the fantastic retail of dining options that coastal Orange County offers are just a short trip away!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. With an air mattress, available upon request for an additional fee, this home can accommodate a maximum of 12 people at a time.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home has stairs so it may not be suitable for everyone.
Both fireplaces in this home are non-operational.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
Cleaning Fees – SeaBreeze only uses legitimate housekeeping companies who are dedicated to a living wage and carry all legal insurances required by law.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
