Check out this newly renovated 4 bedroom upper unit that is just 1 house from the ocean! Located between 48th and 49th street, this home is walking distance to shops and restaurants. It features a spacious outdoor deck, charcoal BBQ, new floors, furniture and appliances.

The living room has 2 black leather sofas, coffee table, new hardwood floors and flat screen TV. There is a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a built-in microwave and new granite countertops. The outdoor deck has an ocean view and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 single twins. There is a den that acts as a 5th bedroom with a queen size sleeper sofa and a TV. There are 2 updated bathrooms with nice countertops and light fixtures.

"Family Vacation
Great location with a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout for families. Large dining room table was great for meals and games! Nice furnishings but maybe a couple more chairs for the living room would be good. Minor problem with the freezer and the garage door opener but a handyman came quickly and fixed everything! Had a lot of fun and this was a great place for us to have quality time with the family.We will be back!"

"Not Up To Burr White's Usual Standard
We've previously stayed in two Burr-White managed beach houses, so were surprised to find this one run down and unclean on the inside. The Burr White people were very apologetic and responsive, though."

"Property management marginal- but a great location
When we arrived it was very dirty and the property management did not give us the right garage door opener, for 2 days they did not respond to our calls, so it was a hassle to deal with parking. Otherwise, it was a great property and cant wait to go back to Newport! "

"Tough sell at seasons end if you're resiliant
Overall the stay was enjoyable, the facility meets the needs of our family who at least once a year can be together in one place. The downside is that we're the last to occupy the unit at seasons end. We had to evacuate for two hours while we sprayed due to the ant invasion. The six trash cans used by both units were so dirty and smelly that I had to wash them out and clean the whole area. Also had to buy a broom and mop as none was available for use in the unit. There is a shower downstairs for use by the renters but the shower pan leaks and floods the laundry room so it is basically not usable. Try staying earlier in the season and leave it clean for the next party."

Great layout for families - kids can room toward the back ! Easy walk to the beach. Big table for dining was great! Very nice but durable furnishings. Probably needs another trash can ;) great time overall and just one parking ticket to be hadfor the whole group of friends and family. "

"Best Beach House So Far
This is my family's 4th stay in Newport Beach and we have stayed at a different house each time. So far, this has been our favorite one. Besides the cleaning service not having the place cleaned before we got there, everything else was great, but they did get that taken care of in a prompt matter. The house looks a little dated on the outside but is nicely updated on the inside with wood floors, nice furniture, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I was very impressed with how close it was to the beach as well. My only complaint would be the lack of noise barrier on the floor as we had a few complaints from our downstairs neighbors from our little ones running around...kind of hard to control. Overall, we will be returning to Newport again and will try to get this house again!"
