Location, Location, Location!!! This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife. It is located right above the Bayside Drive green belt and is steps away from the Goldenrod foot bridge which leads you to the most beautiful beaches of Corona Del Mar.

The home has been recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage is ideally located equal walking distance to Corona del Mar beach and the village. The floor-plan is very open, airy, and bright featuring high vaulted ceilings, new hardwood floors, gas fireplace, freshly painted interior, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, washer & dryer, and 2 car garage.

When you walk through the front door of this cottage you are greeted by high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas powered fireplace, comfortable furniture and a wide-screen TV all brought together with classic beachy style décor.

Once you step into the living room, directly to your right through two glass doors is a simple yet elegant sitting room. It contains another couch where one could gather for a nice glass of wine and conversation.

The kitchen and dining room area are a single open space that is well lit by large glass French doors that open out onto the spacious patio. It has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite counter tops with comfortable seating. The outdoor patio is fully furnished and includes a BBQ grill.

The first bedroom is quaint but comfortable with two twin beds and small open closet in the corner. The wall facing the inner courtyard is covered in two large windows which allow for massive amounts of sunlight and cool breezes to enter the room. Directly across the hallway is full bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk in shower.

The second bedroom is comfortably equipped with a queen sized bed and sitting chair that is perfect for taking a seat and reading your favorite book in. It is complete with its own bathroom that is beautifully done with white granite counter tops and a porcelain tiled walk in shower.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with white vaulted ceilings, a large window, hanging chandelier and a comfy sitting chair next to the bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink with a bathtub and shower. STLP11762

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax or email, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by NBVP shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit all rental deposits held by NBVP as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations. There will be no refunds for early departure.

"Perfect Getaway!
This beautiful home is conveniently located within walking distance to Smart & Final (grocery shopping) and the beach. It was super clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The only thing we needed to purchase was food, beverages and seasonings. The layout of the home is very functional and perfect for entertaining large groups.

The only con we have is that check-in is at 4 pm and not 3 pm and check out is at 10 am and not 11 am or 12 pm. The early check out impacted our experience and required us to get up super early after a long night to pack, clean and check out. Since it was our last vacation day, it would have been nice to have been able to sleep in a little or to have enough time to enjoy a big family breakfast without feeling rushed. "

"Awful Place to Stay - Not the Best Experience for the Cost
The property description was accurate in regards to the location, layout and amenities. Aside from those things, there were several problems we encountered during our stay. First, for a family of five, we only received one bath towel each. It took a few calls and a few days to receive more towels. In addition, we each only had 1 hard pillow, and there were no extra pillows or blankets anywhere. Next, although we were told that there was no air conditioner, the place was unbearably hot at all times of every day. There were a few small portable fans in the rooms, but all those did was blow around the hot air. We were told that we wouldn't need an air conditioner and that no other properties on Newport Beach had air conditioners because of the "ocean breeze." However, the windows that faced the ocean were locked shut, so such ocean breeze did not exist. We had to call a couple more times to try and get more fans as none of us could comfortably sleep at night. We found out later that there are properties with air conditioners in the area, so be sure to do the research. Lastly, we had small ants that infested the entire kitchen and dining room. We called to have that taken care of since we couldn't cook or eat any food in the kitchen due to the infestation, and they simply told us that it was common and to just go buy lavender oil. All in all, we had a bad experience in a vacation home at this price, the customer service was horrible, and it is NOT worth it. There are other properties much closer to the beach that have air conditioners and are cheaper!"

"Great location
The home was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, store and many restaurants. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. Three full baths gave each of us or own space. The full size washer and dryer was nice as were the beach chairs. Good internet, and the TV had all the channels we needed. We would stay in this place again. The property management company was very easy to work with. The check in process was easy."

"Corona Del Mar
Perfect little get away... rental agency was very professional and very helpful in every aspect. Went out of their way to serve us. The home couldn't be in a better location... heart of downtown Corona Del Mar and close to Newport. Walking distance to beautiful lookout point and the beach. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen completely stocked if eating in is your thing... dont feel like cooking.... tons of restaurants... many with in walking distance as well. Would definitely come back here...loved it!"

"Fantastic Home by the Beach
Everything was lovely! The house was beautiful and better than the photos showed. The location was ideal. Walking distance to Corona del Mar beach and the area called Lookout Point which was the perfect place to watch the water and boats and places like Smart and Final and Rite Aid, for conveniences. Also close by the Highway 1 and all the restaurants."

"Long week-end stay
Although we were concerned about the construction going on right next door to this house, the construction workers fortunately were not working during our short four day stay. The house is nice although the front steps are in great need of repair with many broken bricks and uneven levels. The two car garage had flooded and was not available for our use but the third single garage was given to us to use which was appreciated. What we liked most about this house was the location - within walking distance to the shops & restaurants on PCH and just a block from the bridge to the ocean. "

"Perfect getaway in prime location!
The property is absolutely pristine, photos don't display how great a place this is! Every room has been decorated with great care and attention and there is nothing more you could wish for for a rental property. The outdoor area is great for socializing and overall has a prime location near supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and the main hub of corona del mar."
