Situated on the sand a little more than a mile north of Newport pier, this three-story home is ideal for guests who appreciate modern luxury. Soak up beach and ocean views from all three floors. Step right onto the sand from the ground-floor patio.

LIVING & DINING

With an open-concept design, the living space is crisp and clean with light marble floors and black leather sofas. A fireplace warms the room during cooler weather.

The chef can keep an eye on the waves from the kitchen, where granite counters & backsplash and stainless appliances add a luxurious touch. The counter with stools offers a spot for two to help chop and prep or sip a beverage and chat. A dining area with six chairs is just off the kitchen and has prime viewing of a large flat-panel TV. A half bath is behind the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in a laundry closet.

BED & BATH

The comfortable master suite has marble floors, a large flat panel TV, fireplace and en-suite bath. Access the private balcony to relax and take in breathtaking beach and sunset views.

Right on the sand, a spacious ground-floor patio offers a comfortable lounge space and dining for six. The master deck is an oceanview retreat where the sound of the surf will relax and refresh. A third-floor deck with glass railing is a postcard-perfect spot for Pacific sunsets. Pop into the hot tub to unwind in this beautiful setting.

THE LOCATION

The beach is at your toes on the ground floor patio. The kids can play on the sand and still be under mom’s watchful eye.

Swim, surf, boogie board, body surf, skim-board or sun - the beach at 36th Street is perfect for all this and pretty much any other water or beach related activity you can think of! Jetties at 32nd and 36th St keep the waves manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.

Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk. The Newport Pier area is just a short bike ride from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Dory Fleet Fish Market has been offering freshly caught fish since 1891, Seaside Donuts cranks out donuts 24/7. Many out-of-towners can’t wait to return to Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square – a “don’t miss” breakfast spot for many repeat visitors. Dory Deli has terrific food morning, noon and night - plus unbeatable people watching! Fly ‘n’ Fish and 21 Ocean Front offer more upscale dining.

The Peninsula’s only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away. Gina’s has pizza and pasta for the entire family, Las Fajitas makes Mexican fare healthy and Hook and Anchor serves up terrific fresh fish and lobster. The new Lido Marina Village boasts high end shopping and dining within walking distance as well as electric boat rentals. Lido Village Books features reading material of every genre including books by local authors. Via Lido Drug across the street can fill prescriptions and has unique gifts and hard to find items to browse while you wait. Nearby Bear Flag Fish Co is a local’s favorite. The Lido Theatre, built in 1938, provides an unforgettable experience for movie goers, with black light decor and a balcony for prime viewing of the latest big screen features.

A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.
