This 4 bedroom 2 bath vacation location also has an additional deck in the back which is perfect for stealing away to take a nap or catch up on your reading as you relax, recharge and reconnect - alone or with others.
The spacious great room with slider access to the ocean view balcony/deck has floor to ceiling windows making it feel like you are living outside. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and lots of comfortable seating from which to relax and enjoy it all.
A thoroughly modern, updated kitchen has everything you need to meet your culinary needs. A breakfast bar with high-top stools, plus the dining area for 6 right next to it, makes it easy for everyone to eat together. Add the food and the camaraderie and let the fun begin.
All four bedrooms - a king master bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with two twins are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Some also have slider patio access. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds.
There are two full shared baths and a also a washer and dryer for your use.
This home also has WI-FI and cable and there are 3 parking spaces - a great bonus in this area. There is 1 parking space in the garage, 1 uncovered parking space, and 1 parking space behind the garage.

Location, location, location. At 33rd and Seashore - a very desirable area of Newport Beach - it is an easy walk to all sorts of both land and water-based activities.
Excellent restaurants and shopping…and grocery stores and coffee shops too…are all within easy walking distance.
Its large well-furnished ocean view deck, plus its 2nd deck in the back, give you lots of comfortable places to enjoy the sun and the ocean breezes wafting around you.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
There are about 20 stair steps to the entry of this home so it may not be suitable for everyone.
There are 3 parking spots for this unit. A 1 car garage, a 1 car uncovered parking space, and room for a 3rd car behind the garage.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on this property.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
This home sleeps 8 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 10 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available for rent to accommodate.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
