LIVING & DINING
The first floor living area invites you to kick back in comfort with three sofas and a table that's perfect for card games. On chilly evenings, add a fire in the fireplace.
The second floor living area is open to the kitchen and dining space—ideal for entertaining. With pristine white sofas and rich leather recliners, you can admire the ocean views in total comfort.
Bring home fresh seafood for a feast at home in the bright, open, fully equipped kitchen. Or perch at the bar with seating for four to snack and sip wine before venturing out for dinner. A modern dining area is the definition of coastal-chic style. Ocean-hued fabric and wicker chairs are arranged around a long table for eight. A desk nook is located just off the dining space, too.
An in-home laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience and is stocked with all the cleaning supplies you’ll need for long-term stays.
BED & BATH
The spacious, second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a dual vanity and separate tub and shower. Designed for families, the lower level features two more inviting bedrooms—including a kid-approved bunk room—that share a full bath with shower/tub combination. An additional half bath is located off the living space.

Soak in the sunshine and admire the surf from two perspectives. Steps from the sand, a lower level patio has two loungers for working on your tan, plus a grill and shaded table for six for afternoon barbecues between beach trips. On the second floor, an intimate balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy sea breezes with your morning coffee.
A large garage offers two or three car parking depending on how much gear you need to store during your stay.
Step off the patio and cross the boardwalk and you’re in the sand at this oceanfront getaway. Stroll to the surf for an afternoon of swimming, then wander back home for dinner with a view.
Walk just five blocks to the Balboa Pier area for an array of shopping and dining options—stop at Harborside Restaurant in the historic Balboa Pavilion, built in 1906, for all day (12-7) weekday happy hour in the Saloon (try the calamari!) or seafood and bay views in the dining room. Great Mex and Mint Leaf (Thai) offer delicious budget friendly meals.
Looking for old-school family fun? Win classic carnival prizes at the Arcade, ride the Ferris wheel or indulge in a Balboa Bar at the Fun Zone, or cast a line off Balboa Pier and fuel up retro at Ruby's Diner at the tip of the Balboa Pier.
Take in the scenery at a slower pace by renting a bike and pedaling down the bike path (boardwalk), which starts nearby. Or catch the ferry to Balboa Island and stroll among its boutiques and cozy restaurants.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your vacation, a notice of cancellation is required via email, fax and/or mail. Every effort via customary marketing will be made to fill the canceled leased period. A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. If your leased period is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations.
