Ryal Side Hideaway Cove is a sunny and inviting vacation rental home nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Beverly’s Ryal Side. River views, beautiful hardwood floors, and an open-concept main living area, give this cottage a welcoming feel.

Filled with an abundance of natural light, the open living/dining/kitchen is ideal for gathering. You’ll enjoy the ease and simplicity of single-story living, with three bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom just down the hall. The rear Queen bedroom has a sliding glass door, providing even more natural light as well as access to the deck and grassy backyard. Central air will cool you off throughout the house during the summer days when you are not relaxing outdoors in the cool summer breezes.

Let the kids burn off their energy in the large yard, while you sit on the deck, or walk the short distance to Obear Park, with its playground, basketball and tennis courts. This hidden gem is the perfect location to explore downtown Beverly, its beaches, downtown Salem, and other surrounding areas.

Ryal Side Hideaway Cove is the perfect vacation hub with its close proximity to beaches, boating, schools, wedding venues, and downtown Beverly. Salem is just down the road, where you can find attractions such as the Peabody Essex Museum, the Salem Witch Trials Memorial, The House of Seven Gables, Pickering Wharf area restaurants, and more. Cape Ann, Ipswich, or Boston are also easy day trips from Beverly by car or via the nearby MBTA commuter rail.

Living Room: A sunny room with plenty of seating including a large sofa and chair, a flatscreen tv, and beautiful views of the river.

Dining Room: Just off of the living room is the dining area featuring a high top, drop-leaf table with seating for eight. Additional chairs are available. The dining room opens into the kitchen.

Kitchen: The kitchen showcases an exposed brick wall and is well-equipped with appliances such as a gas stove and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with two stools.

Full Bathroom: A newly renovated bath with a tub and shower.

Bedroom 1: This room contains two twin beds.

Bedroom 2: The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a flatscreen tv.

Bedroom 3: This room includes a Queen bed, and a sliding glass door accessing the deck and backyard.


The laundry room with a washer/dryer is located in the basement.


The deck overlooks a grassy yard and features outdoor furniture. There is also a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the after a day at the beach.


There is parking for 2 tandem cars in the driveway.
