This stylish villa located just seven houses from the sand has a roomy front patio. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath in the front unit (A), 2 bedrooms, 1 bath in the upper unit (B) and a third separate bedroom and bath on the ground floor (C).

LIVING & DINING

The spacious living room in A offers hardwood floors, plenty of seating, natural light and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has newer appliances, including a dishwasher, natural stone counter tops, tiled floors with eat-in dining and seating for four. The newly remodeled upper level (B) features custom marble, custom stone floors throughout, natural stone and contemporary décor and appliances.

BED & BATH

The ground floor unit master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, built in closet and dresser. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with unique "spinner" headboards. Both rooms have flat screen televisions and ceiling fans. The newly remodeled bathroom has floor to ceiling stone tile in the enclosed tub/shower.

The upper rear unit has two large bedrooms featuring platform queen sized beds, flat screen televisions, ceiling fans and mirrored wardrobe closets. and the full bath has an enclosed oval tub with decorative tile accents.

The ground floor C unit is a bedroom only with a queen-sized bed, built in desk, flat screen TV and enclosed shower with decorative tile accents.

LOCATION

Swim, surf, boogie board, body surf, skim-board or sun - the beach between 36th and 40th is perfect for all this and pretty much any other water or beach related activity you can think of! Jetties keep the waves manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.

Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk. The Newport Pier area is a half mile stroll from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Dory Fleet Fish Market has been offering freshly caught fish since 1891, Seaside Donuts cranks out donuts 24/7. Many out-of-towners can’t wait to have breakfast at Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square. Dory Deli has terrific food morning, noon and night - plus unbeatable people watching! Fly ‘n’ Fish and 21 Ocean Front offer more upscale dining.

The Peninsula’s only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away. Gina’s has pizza and pasta for the entire family, Las Fajitas makes Mexican fare healthy and Hook and Anchor serves up terrific fresh fish and lobster. The new Lido Marina Village boasts high end shopping and dining within walking distance as well as electric boat rentals. Lido Village Books features reading material of every genre including books by local authors. Via Lido Drug across the street can fill prescriptions and has unique gifts and hard to find items to browse while you wait. Nearby Bear Flag Fish Co is a local’s favorite. The Lido Theatre, built in 1938, provides an unforgettable experience for movie goers, with black light decor and a balcony for prime viewing of the latest big screen features.

A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. If your leased period is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
