LIVING & DINING
The upper rear one-bedroom rental has been totally renovated with a fresh, clean feel. The living area has hardwood floors, a queen sleeper sofa, two padded wicker chairs, coffee table and a smart TV. The sunny kitchen has and all new appliances and abundant storage with new stone counter tops and shaker style cabinets. A glass-topped table with seating for four graces the adjacent dining area.

The bedroom with smart TV has a king bed. The fully renovated hall bath has new tile throughout.

The private deck is located just outside the front door with seating for four and a gas grill. The space is perfect for enjoying an early morning cup of coffee to start the day. The shared laundry room on the ground floor has a washer and dryer and the tandem carport accommodates two cars.
Swim, surf, boogie board, body surf, skim-board or sun - the beach at 40th Street is perfect for all this and more! Jetties keep the surf manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.
The Peninsula’s only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away. Gina’s has pizza and pasta for the entire family, Las Fajitas makes Mexican fare healthy and Hook and Anchor serves up terrific fresh fish and lobster. The new Lido Marina Village boasts high end shopping and dining within walking distance as well as electric boat rentals. Lido Village Books features reading material of every genre including books by local authors. Via Lido Drug across the street can fill prescriptions and has unique gifts and hard to find items to browse while you wait. Nearby Bear Flag Fish Co is a local’s favorite. The Lido Theatre, built in 1938, provides an unforgettable experience for movie goers, with black light decor and a balcony for prime viewing of the latest big screen features.
Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk. The Newport Pier area is a little over half a mile from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Dory Fleet Fish Market has been offering freshly caught fish since 1891, Seaside Donuts cranks out donuts 24/7. Many out-of-towners can’t wait to return to Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square – a “don’t miss” breakfast spot for many out-of-town visitors. If it becomes necessary to cancel your vacation, a notice of cancellation is required via email, fax and/or mail. Every effort via customary marketing will be made to fill the canceled leased period. A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. If your leased period is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations.
