This newly remodeled pristine home is just a few steps (5 houses) from the sandy beaches and crashing surf of the famous seaside community of Newport Beach. This 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 story approximately 1400 square foot home showcases a spacious, well-appointed comfortable great room when you enter. The living room area features a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a wall mounted 50” Smart TV, and lots of comfortable seating on which to relax and enjoy it all.
A dining area adjacent to both the living room area and the kitchen sports a large dining table for 8. With the outside table on the front patio, everyone can easily dine and be together.
A well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and lots of granite slab counter space make it easy to satisfy your culinary desires - be they snacks or complete meals.
Add the food and the camaraderie and this will be the hub of your activity - just like it is at home.
On the first floor there are two well-furnished bedrooms each with a ceiling fan. One has a queen bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a full bath directly across from the 1 queen bedroom. The double queen bedroom has an en suite bath and direct access to the garage and laundry room.
The master bedroom is upstairs - it features a king bed, a 32inch Smartv, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. It also has a private balcony that is perfect for sipping coffee while the sun rises or enjoying an evening libation at the end of the day.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds and can accomodate 10 with a blow up mattress (provided upon request). All bed and bathroom are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
There is a stacked washer and dryer in the laudry room for your use. It is accessed through the downstairs queen bedroom. There are 2 garage parking spaces for your convenience and street parking is also available.
There are fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing.
With the largest recreational harbor on the west coast, Newport Beach activities are abundant. Visitors can choose aquatic adventures from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding. Art walks, wine tastings, tours, live entertainment and cultural venues will fill your itinerary.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep on the property. An air mattress is available for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Team for details.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
