Great 4 bedroom to rent all year round. With the amazing back yard for BBQing all year round & hot tub outdoors this is the perfect home for a vacation. (the fire-pit outside is not operable) You are also in a neighborhood that has access to the private beach in Skyland. The kitchen is spacious and is open to the living room and dining area, and has sliding doors that open to the back yard.
On the first level is the JR Master bedroom 1 with a king and full bathroom. The laundry room that is also a 1/2 bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a full bathroom. Upstairs is bedroom 3 with a full and a bunk bed with the twin on top and full on bottom. Bedroom 4 is the master and has a grand bathroom with a jetted tub and large custom stand up shower. There is a king bed, fireplace and TV in the master. The garage is also a plus all year round. Renters have access to parking in the garage and can fit 2 cars.

This house does not have AC.

Occupancy Rules:
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Please read and sign our rental agreement, cancellation policy, house, and city rules for vacation rentals. 
Thank you for booking your vacation with INC. (WCPM) Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental by abiding by the neighborhood rules. 

Cancellation Policy:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any other sickness or illness: WCPM advises that every traveler purchase a traveler’s insurance policy at the time of booking. WCMP is not a traveler insurance provider and will NOT accept any cancelation due to any Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any other sickness or illness outside of our normal 45-day cancelation policy. WCPM does not sell travelers insurance and does not have a recommendation of what traveler’s insurance company any traveler should use.
At the time of booking you agreed to this cancellation policy. Written confirmation of cancellation MUST be received prior to 45 days of check in date. You may cancel up to 46 days before arrival with a forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellation of 45 days or less to check in date, forfeits all rent, taxes, cleaning fee and reservation costs. Up to 21 days from check in, renters do have the option of taking a 100% credit towards a future stay for the same property to be used within one year of the original stay dates, or a 50% refund. The 50% refund is 50% of the entire amount paid including all fees and taxes.  Within 20 days from check in there is no option to reschedule the trip or receive any refunds. New trip must be scheduled within one year of original arrival date. Changing stay dates are subject to different pricing as there are different pricing for all seasons. If you change to a higher price season you will be responsible for new pricing charge. Changing dates to lower price season: there is no refund of lower cost. If you change your stay dates up to 21 days to the date of check in this means you are paid in full and there will be no change to the cancellation policy. This cancellation policy will indefinitely apply to the original stay dates. If you would like to move your stay dates, we will only move the stay dates one time.
WCPM reserves the right to refuse service.

Weather and “events” cancelations:
There will be no refunds due to events out of our control. These types of “events” are, but not
limited to, ski resort closures, event cancellations, casino closures, fear of travel, and OR pandemic and or epidemic, stormy weather, or power outages, forest fires, smoke/Air quality or other acts of mother nature out of our control. During stormy weather, forest fires or other acts of God, no refunds unless all roads to Tahoe are completely closed for twelve (12) consecutive hours or more on the date of your arrival. Your reservation is valid for the remainder of the time. Road Conditions: or from California Again, WCPM advises that every traveler purchase a traveler’s insurance policy at the time of booking.
We have no control over weather conditions that may result in accidents of any kind to personal property and or personal injury. Occupants agree to hold property owners and , Inc., harmless if any damage to self or personal property happens, example but not limited to: a vehicle sliding on ice results in an accident, loss or injury due to rain, snow, ice, trees, flood, negligence, fire, theft, utility power outages or any reason. Please callwhen reporting an accident at the property so that we may be of assistance if possible.
 -Yes, it snows in Tahoe in the winter, we are next to Heavenly Ski resort after all. Please be prepared for longer travel times during storms as traffic can get backed up. It is your responsibility to know the road conditions and to have the proper chains and or snow tires required by officials to travel through snowy mountain roads. The city or county does the snow plowing through neighborhood roads and that operation is out of our control.
The name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used must be the same. If you choose to use another credit card for the balance: You and any guest in your party whose credit card was used as payment, acknowledge by signing this contract that you and any guest in your party waive all rights to dispute any credit charge for rents, fees and taxes and or charges as listed with in this contract no matter who’s credit card was used as payment, made by our company , WCPM, World CPM or otherwise listed on your credit card statement. A reservation can be made with a 25% down payment paid by credit card when the reservation is made. If your credit card is declined at the time of booking the reservation will be canceled for nonpayment. Full payment is charged 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due when the reservation is made. If no other payment is received 45 days prior to arrival, we will automatically run the balance on the credit card on file. Balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date. We can keep the balance payment on the same credit card used for the initial payment, you can call with a different card, or a check or money order can be issued at least 45 days prior to your arrival.      (Contract.Initials)

Occupancy & Damage rules for vacation rentals:
- Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house.
This includes any beach front property. You will be shut down immediately.
- (Property.Custom7) The county/city only permits a certain amount of people allowed at each vacation home and we must follow this to keep our permit.
- (Property.Custom1) Per fire safety and County/City rules, street parking is not allowed. Please see any notes in the home on where to park. Failure to comply will result in possible eviction and or your vehicle being towed at owners’ expense. If you have questions, please call us. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the person of the vehicle.
- You and your party will be evicted and forfeiture of all rents and deposits if found to be in violation of gross misconduct, damage, disturbing the peace, higher than permitted occupancy than agreed, unauthorized use for weddings, receptions, parties, or loud group functions.
NOISE ORDINANCE 9:00pm TO 8:00am DAILY in every neighborhood no matter the situation.
- There will be no outside congregation after 9pm.
-There will only be one warning for violation of noise ordinance, after the first warning if the violation continues it will result in eviction with no refunds.
- Management reserves the right to inspect the property for over occupancy, noise or other
violations of County and State Laws. Occupants may be subject to fines in accordance with the
County or State, eviction and forfeiture of all charges if found to be in violation.
-Smoking is a fire danger, please properly dispose of any cigarette butts.
-  (WCPM) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if WCPM deems a renter un-fit to rent any property during the booking process and or during the stay.  

Additional charges/fines that may result if:
-Any lost or misplaced keys will be charged $150+ per key for a locksmith. 
-Any lost or misplaced garage door openers, beach passes or pool passes (if applicalbe) will be charged a min of $200 for replacement. If you accidentally left one in your car, please notify us and mail back.
-There will be extra cleaning/replacement cost fees if we find: Damage to house, missing items such as towels, extraordinary cleaning, trash throughout the house, trash outside the house, cigarette butts, etc. Please pick up after yourself.
-If the house you are renting has a propane BBQ: do not for any reason put charcoal in the BBQ! Yes, we have had this happen and it ruins the propane BBQ!
- PETS: We love fur babies, but they are not permitted in our vacation rentals unless allowed and approved by . No pets of any kind, for any amount of time, are allowed in house or on property, unless you are in a unit that is specified to allow pets and approved.  Anytime also means that you cannot have a pet in the house for the day or a few hours, example: if a friend visits and they have their pet with them. If there is any evidence of pets it will result in extra cleaning charges, min of $250. This is inside or outside of unit. Service animals must be approved by . If you have rented a home that is pet friendly, please pick up after them.
-NO SMOKING of any kind in any house or on property. Evidence of smoking will result in a min $400 charge for cleaning. You will be charged for steam cleaning and all damages. Any picking up of cigarette butts in the yard, driveway, and patio could result in extra cleaning fees. Unfortunately we have had to implement this no smoking rules, too many people have violated this and have left cigarette butts in yards, driveways and decks. Please clean up after yourself. Thank you.
-Please do not move furniture around. Example: if you move beds around this will result in extra fees to put the beds back where they need to be. Also moving furniture around could result in scratching the floors. 
-All boots, ski equipment, etc., are ONLY allowed in the garage, mud rooms and or designated
area. Ski & snowboarding equipment, and melting snow, will damage hardwood flooring, carpet and walls and are NOT allowed inside the house.
-Fireworks of any kind including sparklers, fire pits- metal or other, campfires, charcoal BBQ’s or any kind of outdoor fire is illegal in all of Lake Tahoe. If you are found to have violated this, you
may face the fines from the County and fire department. If we find evidence of fireworks being used from your party; we will share this information with the fire department. We take fire safety very seriously in all of Lake Tahoe, we are in a high fire danger area.
This may seem strict, but we must follow the rules set in place by the county/city to keep renting our home. Thank you for following the rules.

$500 minimum charge if management, security, fire department, police, or any
emergency officials are called to property for any type of disturbance other than
medical emergency.

As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, WCPM reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any and all uncovered Guest/Invitee caused losses, damages or violations of county code sustained to the Vacation Property throughout the duration of their period of occupancy. In the event of any uncovered Guest/Invitee-caused loss or damage to the Vacation Property, including, but not limited to, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, violations of county code, plus all applicable taxes, WCPM is hereby granted the right to charge the Guest's credit card. An itemized statement outlining all associated costs will be sent via regular or electronic mail to the address submitted by the Guest at such time as the reservation was booked.

Maintenance, operation, housekeeping etc.:  
- We want you to enjoy your stay and be comfortable at the house you have rented. If there is a
problem with housekeeping, maintenance, operation of any appliance or hot tub etc.; AND it is not reported to us there will be no refunds at all. Once a problem is reported to us, we will do our best to remedy or fix the problem, this is not reason for any refunds. If we are not given the chance to remedy or fix any problem, there will be no refund. Anything that is reported unsatisfactory after your stay will not be reason for refund.
-There are no refunds if you find your lodging to be unsatisfactory.
-We do our best to maintain operation of indoor & outdoor items (Jacuzzi, barbecues, patio
furniture, table games, etc.). Should maintenance to these items cause temporary loss of use, that will not be a cause for refund or compensation. All tenants will be promptly notified prior to arrival if such conditions become apparent. If such items become inoperable during your stay and only if we are notified, we will do our best to get items back up and running during your stay.
-If a maintenance emergency occurs on the property, please callto report the problem, please do not e-mail us with emergencies as e-mails are not checked 24/7. We like to fix any problems as soon as we can and will make every effort to correct the problem as soon as possible.
The area is highly populated by bears, as well as raccoons, coyotes, etc. Please DO
NOT feed them. While we appreciate them, we do not appreciate them after they have broken into our home because they are used to being fed there. Do not leave food or trash outside or you will be charged extra for cleaning. As a local “bear” rule DO NOT to leave food in your vehicle as the bears are very smart and pesky, they have been known to break into vehicles to get anything they think may be food.
Amenities provided & Not provided:
We will provide a start-up supply of paper towels (2), toilet paper (4 per bathroom), trash bags, hand soap and kitchen soap. All bath and kitchen towels, linens, blankets or comforters, and pillows are provided. We also supply basic pots and pans, flatware, dishes, bowls, cups & basic cooking utensils. As every house is privately owned, items in the kitchen and bedding may vary from house to house.
We do NOT provide hygiene items such as face/body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry soap, softener, dryer sheets, etc. We do NOT supply items such as plastic wrap, foil, plastic bags, food items, spices, oils, coffee etc.
Hot Tub Rules (If Applicable):
Use of outdoor hot tubs is prohibited between the hours of 9pm and 8am per county noise ordinances. If you drink in the hot tub, please be careful not to spill any beverage in the water.
Extraordinary cleaning or misuse of the hot tub will be a minimum of $200 extra fee.
Example: if you have overloaded the hot tub with people and the water has been displaced very far below the line of the jets causing mechanical problems with the tub. Please be sure to replace the cover and lock when not in use. You must be 18 years of age or older to use hot tub. The hot tub is serviced before and after every rental to ensure the water is clean and safe for use. If there is any issue with the hot tub upon ARRIVAL, please notify us
immediately. USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK, we are not to be held liable for any skin irritation that may be caused using the hot tub.
Other rules and or Information:
- If you have rented a house with bunk beds; you are using the bunk beds at your own risk and waive the owner and management company harmless during your stay.
-Please do not sled or play in any neighbor’s yard.
-If you have rented a house in a neighborhood with a private beach please do not walk through any neighbor’s yard to access the beach. And please pick up after yourself so that we may continue to use the private beach.
-We want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their time in Lake Tahoe, so we want to make you aware of certain conditions at high altitude. The house is located at approximately 7000 to 8000 ft. in elevation. For those of our tenants unfamiliar with high altitude or arriving from sea level, the air is VERY dry so be sure to bring plenty of moisturizer, lip balm, sunscreen and please stay hydrated. You are closer to the sun here so you will get burned much quicker than you would normally at home. High altitude can cause headaches, dehydration, and insomnia. Alcohol consumption is also magnified and can affect you much quicker than you are used to.
CELL PHONES: Most carriers work at lake level. Be advised, though, that once you get up in the mountains it is possible that most carriers will not work.

Check in and Check out:
-Check in time is 4pm; Checkout is by 10:00am. Early check in or late checkout that has not been approved will result in extra rental fees. We will not give a late check out if requested any later than 3pm the day prior to check out and will only be allowed if available.
-Checkout procedures are also posted in each home: Place dishes in dishwasher and start a cycle. Pick up kitchen, do not leave food on counter or on stove in pots or pans. Trash is to be placed in specified area, example: garage, mud room or bear box and bagged up -no loose trash-. All trash, including bathrooms, kitchen & any outside area must be gathered, put into trash bags then placed in specified area. Please do not leave trash outside of house as you are in the mountains and wild animals will get into trash resulting in extra cleaning fees. Please lock doors, place key in lock box (if applicable) and, for security, tumble the lock code so
the combination is not showing, close all windows and set heater at 55 degrees, or to posted
temperature, prior to departure. And we hope you enjoyed your stay!

Additional Winter Contract
*If you will be renting a home during the winter (November to April) this page will also need to be signed in addition to the regular rental contract. *
 Be advised that when snow removal conditions exist, driveways, parking areas and walkways can become extremely slippery – please use caution. Property users will keep driveway clear of any and all objects that could cause damage to snow removal equipment.
~Driveways  will be cleared when snowfall accumulation reaches 6 (six) inches and greater. Due to the unpredictability of snowstorms and conditions we guarantee that our crew will be to your property within 24 hours of a 6+ inch accumulation.
~ We will not guarantee a specific time that your driveway will be cleared due to the uncertainty of snowstorms. Routes are 8-12 hours long and start as weather conditions require. 
~ I understand that as soon as 6 (six) inches of snow accumulates the snow removal crew is in route and will be to my property within 24 hours. I understand that during a big snowstorm, snow may accumulate as quickly as a foot or more per hour. I understand that after my property has been cleared and accumulations again reach 6+” the snow removal crew will be back to my property within 24 hours of their last visit.
· There is no street parking at all during the winter due to the snowplows needing full access to the entire road.
· We have no control over weather conditions that may result in accidents of any kind to personal property and or personal injury.

"Would definitely stay here again!
This place was great. Pros: Spacious home. Great location. Great backyard. Quick communication with property mgr. He was very nice. Cons: Downstairs shower in Bed#2, you must pull down on the small disc under the faucet opening to get the shower to go on. We spent nearly 20 minutes trying to figure it out. The toilet in downstairs 1/2 bath runs all night. You have to constantly make sure to jiggle the handle back into place. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom BUT If you are staying in the upstairs bunkbed room, you will have to go in someone elses room to use a shower. Oven is tricky to figure out. No iron that we could find. We could not figure out the upstairs TV either.

Overall we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and lots of room."

"Great Cabin for Skiing Trip
This cabin/house was perfect our family group of 10. Close to heavenly and the casinos. The drive has great view of the lake and close to main store and gas stations like Safeway. High recommended. Plenty of space for parking and skiing gear."

"Roomy & Gloomy
It was very spacious but there were internal and external water features that didn't work. We had to buy all new batteries for the fireplace and TV remotes. When sweeping and cleaning our messes realized that Housekeeping wasn't doing a good job there were spider webs and crumbs from previous people. Had to clean out vacuum to use it. It was full and clogged with confetti. Lights in the kitchen were either broke or burnt out. Two chairs at the bar area were broken/loose couldn't sit in them and there was one chair at the dining room table that was bungee corded together that we didn't dare sit in. Master bathroom lights burnt out and apple TV was disconnected but on the bright side we found a dvd that we played in the dvd player. The steam shower was hard to figure out but when it worked it was terrific and the jacuzzi tub was great but the plug was missing so we had used the plug feature then stuck a rag in the hole to hold water. The lake was driving distance and passes were provided. The yard and balcony were overrun with pine needles we cleaned those off and enjoyed the pretty yard but I think the topper was that after we cleaned the yard because it wasn't done prior to our arrival at 8am the day we were to leave and check out time is 10am the landscaping team showed up using blowers and lawn mowing personally we thought it should be done before we got there or after we left. We were joking about how they wanted to make sure that we left on time and were awake. All in all we had a great time but the place definitely needs some love. "

"fair condition
The location is good and close to the lake, while the property is poorly maintained. Many light bulbs are out. The water curtain in the room leaks to the carpet. The water heater is too small to support two shower rooms. The shower switches are very complicated to use and cannot be shut completely. The glasswares are dirty and need to be cleaned before use. I like the desk in the master room on the second floor. Overall, the stay is ok but it is obviously not the top quality rental properties in this price range. Many things can be easily improved by better maintenance. "

Stayed with our family and it was a great location and layout for kids. Grill was great, hot tub great. Snow in backyard was a huge plus for kids, and fire pit for roasting marshmellows. Bunkbeds were also super fun for the kids too."

"Tahoe 2021
We had a great time!!! Being that half the area was closed down because of covid....we spent more time than we usually would in the house! And it was perfect! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented! Which I love....being home means I’m cooking!!! We couldn’t get two of the showers to work, but no matter, everyone wanted to use the steam shower. Plenty of towels....could have used a few more blankets but we managed. Having the back gate to the lake was a nice morning hike for our boys to do the “polar bear plunge” on New Years Day. All in all a great stay!!! "

"California get away
We had a great time this past week and the house worked out great for the group we had. Great location for what we wanted to do on the trip which was hang out at Zephyr Cove and Heavenly during our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, no plumbing issues with bathrooms, 2 car garage, and 2 car driveway space. Property Manager was prompt and very helpful throughout the process. "

"Cozy Cabin
Very quaint and cozy cabin right off of the highway. There were just two of us staying here, but there was plenty of room for other guest. The house needs some serious upkeep done on the inside- cabinets breaking, mix and matched dishware, waterfall wall fountain splashes on the carpet, tub downstairs drips, water heater must need replacing because halfway through filling up the spa tub the water went cold, shower and spa upstairs need a instruction manual, screen mesh on sliding back door was broken, no privacy on some windows, upstairs fireplace smells like sulfur. The outdoor jacuzzi was great and easy to use, the grill was great but a little dirty, tv had many selection options, very comfortable and the private beach was nice and serene,"

"Fantastic Location, yard, and community beach
We loved the property, especially the backyard and the proximity to the trails and the community beach. At the house, we took advantage of the putting green for some friendly competition, ran on the trails and went swimming at the beach. The house was very comfortable and we barely felt the need to do much else besides enjoy the house, the surroundings, and the bbq.

The one downside was the BBQ. It needs some maintenance.
It took some engenuity to get the BBQ going. The starter was missing and we didn't have any matches to light the fire.

Other than that, we loved it and had a great time."

Cool layout, great yard, great space. Need to provide cleaning supplies (dustpan, countertop spray) Grill you have to light by hand and was very very dirty. Putting green would have been nice but covered in pine needles and no PUTTERS or BALLS??"

"Tahoe Birthday Get away
I took my boyfriend on a birthday trip and we stayed at this amazing cabin! Everything was so perfect! The cabin was very clean. I liked how the floor plan was open. The back yard was gorgeous! We also loved the neighborhood and our little private beach. We were in the jacuzzi a lot of the time and really enjoyed everything about the house. The property management company made it very easy, I was able to change the reservation easily (within the deadline). We will definitely be back! "

"Very Cool Cabin
Great experience overall. Beautiful cabin in a great location in Zephyr Cove, very close to the action. No issues with noise from neighbors. Big back yard with a putting green (that needs some serious renovating), but that is not what we were there for so no issue there. Hot tub and BBQ, perfect for a weekend getaway "

"July/August vacation
Our stay at the property was quite enjoyable. We were concerned about the reviews that mentioned that there was no outdoor furniture. I am happy to report that there is now a table, chairs and loungers in the back yard. We are a family of cooks and were absolutely delighted with the well appointed kitchen. This was the first vacation rental I had ever stayed at that had ample pots and pans of all sizes, utensils, appliances (large and small), serving dishes, storage containers, plates, cups and glasses. The kitchen was roomy enough for several cooks to work side by side so was ideal for our needs. The property was close enough to the lake for us to hike to every day. We used a wagon to carry our larger items as it was a little bit of a hike though. The house was very clean and comfortable but was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms at night. We brought our own stand-alone fans which helped out with the heat. My only complaint was that trash is only picked up at the end of your stay. Since we were there for two weeks, you can imagine the amount of trash kept in the garage. It was a very smelly situation at the end of our stay. The barstools in the living room needed to be repaired or replaced. We actually moved them to the side of the room as we did not trust them to hold weight. We had a tool kit and retightened the screws on the kitchen barstools making them safe to use. Other than that, we loved the location of the property. It was close to shopping, beaches and State Line. We would stay here again."

"Willow Drive stay
Two words: DEFERRED MAINTENANCE. Generally a nice house with good location but lots of little things were wrong. Stuck toilets,loose toilets, broken drains, dirty standing water in the pond, lights that wouldn't work in the kitchen, dirty garage, no table lamps for reading. Also LOTS of road noise from Hiway 50. Beach is a hike and very small. Grill was filthy. In spite of those annoyances it has lots of room and a nice kitchen and a nice setting. Hot tub worked fine. Let's just say it was fairly priced and with a little more attention would be 3 out of 4 stars instead of 2. "

"Good Vacation Rental
This is a nice property and generally well maintained. Good location away from congested tourist areas. Three of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen is adequately stocked and functional. Back yard is inviting and relaxing and spa was in good working order.

Negatives include 4 dead rodents around the grounds, a pond that drastically needs to be cleaned or completely drained, no chairs for the backyard, no booklet to describe tv operations, local places to dine, or places of interest, and upstairs linens that need to be replaced.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house and would recommend it to others."

"191 Willow Dr., Zephyr Cove
Overall the property was nice and in good location, but there are definitely some things that I would strongly recommend to improve the place and make it more accommodating before I would rent again or recommend to a friend.
1. BBQ was older, dirty, and igniter switch was not working (wiring to switch was laying on the ground)
2. There was NO outside patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful back yard experience.
3. The pond in back by spa was a breeding ground for mosquitos. They were everywhere and egg pods floating on water
4. No access to closet is upstairs master bedroom, no where to hang anything.
5. No patio chairs or table for master deck to enjoy view of nice backyard, coffee table is main living room
6. Main lights directly above kitchen center island was not working. Oven was difficult to operate at first.
7. Dead rat in garage, counter tops in garage were filty. "

"Perfect Friends Reunion

"Family Getaway
We had a great experience at the Willow house! Everything was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. They had all the kitchen tools we needed and provided plenty of extras not usually found in rental homes (dishwasher soap, paper towels, sponges, etc.). The backyard was nice too although a functional fire pit would have been fun."

"Wonderful Zephyr Cove Cabin House
The house is so much bigger than what you see in pictures. Plenty of living space and nice, big bedrooms. Hot tub is great! Had an issue with the locks working upon arrival, but the rental company sent someone out and quickly fixed them. "

"Nice house and backyard
We enjoyed staying at the Willow Drive house. It was central to everything. The kitchen was large and it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family. It's always nice to have a hot tub. The little putting green in the backyard was fun also. We love the private community beach at Skyland."
