The open living and dining areas offer 10' ceilings and large windows, providing lovely views of 30A. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy easy access to the pool and take a short bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and beautiful beach of Deer Lake State Park.The town of Prominence is a popular hotspot along 30A and offers a range of amenities for a fun and relaxing vacation. Enjoy the 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool with cabanas and the fitness center. The Big Chill is a great spot for delicious food and entertainment, including concerts, movies, and sports broadcasts at the outdoor amphitheater.
