"Great Time in Paradise!!
Our week stay in Wailea Ekolu 802 was perfect. This was our second time in this unit. It was clean and fit our group of 6. Property Management group is excellent, friendly and very easy to work with! My favorite part is sitting on the Lanai in the morning with my coffee looking at the beautiful ocean view. "

"Management Company Excellent, Property needs work!
We just completed a 2 week stay at Ekolu 802. The location is great, the property needs a lot of work. Grimy carpet with dirt engrained and areas of carpet coming up, fans had visible dirt, drawers are coming apart and laminate flimsy, furniture needs updating as it is old and worn, no sharp knives as reviewed by others, no boogie boards, broken beach chairs, overall very disappointing. Management team was excellent. Daniel saved the day with sending a cleaning crew in, maintenance guy and acted immediately when a concern was brought forward. Would definitely use the company again, just wouldn’t stay at this property."

"Quiet with nice square footage for a bigger family.
We loved our stay at this townhouse! Our visit started by being pleasantly surprised by how large it was and how wonderful the view of the ocean from the top balcony was. We were also greeted by a huge gift basket that provided coffee, snacks and pancakes for us for the trip. There were lots of books and games in the closet, plenty of kitchen stuff and towels. We were so thankful for the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided as well. And the washer and dryer were great for a longer stay. It’s an easy drive to any of the south Maui beaches. We would 100% stay here again. "

"Great location
The six of us were very pleased with the condo. We liked that there was space for everyone - the 2 lanais, large living RM and bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths was great too. It was quiet and convenient to take daily drives around the island. We didn't walk to beaches but loved the 4 that were a 5-10 min drive. The management went out of their way to help me, when I left some clothes in a drawer, they mailed them back to me- I'm so grateful for their extra efforts."

"Outstanding condo in Wailea
We rented 3 condos in this area. This one was the best in location and ammenities. It near the pool but not too close for noice. 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to all major attractions. Clean and very well equipped. Plenty of seating if you are having family together. Would love to rent this one again! Thank you."

"Amazing views
Family of six and we all loved this tastefully decorated two level condo with a well set up kitchen. Views of the Maui sunsets over the ocean were spectacular. Mountain views the other direction. Truly air conditioned as there was a unit in each bedroom as well as the great room with high ceilings. Lots of windows to catch cross breezes as well. This unit was close to the pool which was very nice."

"Perfect Maui Getaway
We absolutely loved staying at the Wailea Ekolu townhouse. It was perfect for our family of 6;enough beds and bathrooms, big enough dining table, and was overall a cozy size for all of us. We loved that it was walking distance to the coffee shop, mall, farmers market, and restaurants. My kids enjoyed going for a morning jog to the beach, and my mother loved sitting by the pool with her book. The view from the lanai was stunning, and we enjoyed watching sunsets from there all week. The home was well stocked and we loved being able to use the beach chairs and Igloo cooler for our adventures, read the books in the library, and cook meals in the kitchen. The biggest complaint was the quality of the mattresses... They could definitely stand to be updated, as they are all pretty saggy and uncomfortable. My mother ended up sleeping on the couch most nights, foregoing the bed to prevent back problems. The only other thing that we didn't love was that our neighbors across the lawn had about 6 small children with them, and so we had to put up with them playing and yelling outside, which made it hard to enjoy the serenity of the view with a book and cup of coffee. I realize they were just playing and enjoying their vacation together, it was just a minor inconvenience, and this group of kids just happened to be particularly loud. Overall, we loved the home and we would absolutely stay here again and refer friends to come here too!"

"Fantastic stay!
We spent a lovely week here. It was clean with comfortable beds and in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to and from the beach - about 20 mins each way - but drove to nearby beaches as well. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie board were all great! With 2 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults without feeling cramped at all. A/C worked well. Parkingvwas free and easy right in front of the townhouse. Check in and check out was a breeze! We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui."

"Our Happy Place
I cannot say enough good about Sunny and her vacation rentals and housekeeping staff. Made for an absolutely perfect, relaxing and easy holiday. From beginning to end... the thoughtful gift basket was much appreciated as we were all hungry and didn't feel like going out for some snacks when we arrived late at night. The place is immaculate as we so appreciate it. Obviously your housekeeping staff takes pride in their work. ,
We need some dishcloths and dryer repair.. Both were looked after within probably 1/2 hr of our call. Truly amazing as it was the first time we stayed there.
The only thing we would reccomend is gas
bar-b-ques.

"Ekolu Village Winter Getaway
My family and I loved our experience in Ekolu #802. We found it very nice having separation between the upstairs living room/kitchen and the downstairs bedrooms so early risers weren’t disrupting others’ sleep. Property was well kept and clean. It would have been nice to have a larger table on the lanai. We prepared most of our own food, the kitchen was fairly well stocked however the sharp kitchen knives are extremely dull and could hardly cut butter. Views were great and we were only a few steps from the pool (Other locations can be a fairly significant walk as the pools are quite spread out). Short drive to the beaches and less than a 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea. The complementary clean mid way thru the stay was wonderful, allowed us to enjoy our holiday that much more coming back to clean sheets and a spotless unit. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend to others!"

Condo is spacious & in a good location - close to pool and short walk to shops of Wailea. It had beach towels & chairs but no other supplies for the beach - some condos have boogie boards & snorkel gear...decor is dated but condo is clean. Beds are ok. Nice lanais but not sunny. Sunny at property management was great - friendly & helpful!!! "

"comfortable unit in Ekolu
comfortable 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit on 2 levels.
lanai on lower level and deck on upper off kitchen and living room. Good central location in Wailea.
We do cook several meals, and we had lots of opportunity during the 15 day stay. One weakness of the unit is the kitchen pots and pans for cooking is lacking- only one pot. Stove and microwave are fine. The foreman electric BBQ was not our favorite."

Condo was in good location, walk to shops and beach area is not very long especially if you walk on the pathways thru the gardens.
The condo was very clean but in our opinion needs a little updating and as usual, the non stick frying pans are scratched and old and not the kind we have at home anyways as they are the old Teflon kind that are known to give off fumes at high heat. Also, flatware is cheap and the plates/dishes were also old.
We have yet to stay in a place that has a chefs knfe that is sharp enough to cut anything!

"Spacious and clean with a perfect view!
We throughly enjoyed staying at unit 802.the unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. More than enough space for 6 people and the property amenities such as the pool and bbq area were fine. The place is a short walk to great restaurants, the shops at wailea and excellent public beaches. 3 spectacular golf courses are only a few minutes drive. 802 is very centrally located for easy access around wailea's hour spots. "

Very spacious and decorated tastefully. Bedrooms on lower level gives plenty of privacy for those who want to sleep a little longer. We scouted for whales from the lanai and saw a couple! It was very clean and felt like home after a long day of exploring and beaching. Location is great and we walked to the shops at Wailea. Everything you need is there to use! Beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, candles for lanai, binoculars, some great Hawaiian CD's to listen to. Even puka shell necklaces for happy hour! "

"Sunsets and Comfort
The photos of the condo don't do it justice. Very spacious, very clean, beautiful views, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, plenty of towels and extra linens, wifi, wonderful pool. Lanais on both levels and accessible from bedrooms. Having chairs and umbrellas to use was great. We loved all the artwork around the condo. All in all a wonderful location and home away from home. We would love to stay at this location again. "

"Aloha sunsets
Our stay was in unit 802 was excellent. The view from the lanais both up and down breathtaking ! Location to the pool was a short walk through park like gardens filled with birds. The unit is tastefully decorated in a kind of Hawaiian Asian theme with some very nice art work. Beds were comfy and having maid service b/c of our longer stay was an added bonus. There needs to be more gas bbq’s closer to the units and a few maintenance issues need attending to :ie downstairs bathroom fan. But overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay with awesome views."

"Fabulous Holiday Get away
We had a great time celebrating the holiday season at Ekolu 802. The location was fantastic. Amazing views!!! Being that close to the pool was great for our aged parents. Though there wasn't a BBQ the ability to access the common ones at the offices was great. The unit was clean and had so many amenities. With three other families in close proximity we appreciated the location of the unit and the safety of the property. The decorating touches that have been put in the condo make it really feel like a home away from home. We visited many different beaches and as always daytrips to Lahaina and Pai'a. We always start our day with a Wailea Beach walk and the location really helps for us to be able to access the path with quick jaunt through the shops. What a great way to celebrate Christmas and ring in 2018 with the great view of the Wailea Fireworks Show. We would recommend this unit to anyone and would acknowledge the immaculate and quiet atmosphere that Ekolu has to offer."
