PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

When you rent a beach house or condo in Waikoloa, located on the west side of Hawaii's Big Island, you can enjoy tropical weather year-round and there will always be plenty of ways to explore the area. The best time of year to book an oceanfront home is from late May to early October, particularly for warm weather activities. Waikoloa is primarily a resort destination but has one fun fact that makes it genuinely Hawaiian; the village was built on top of a lava field!
