The beach is a 2-minute drive away, or 10 minutes by a walk. Take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles to fully immerse in the beach experience.

LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room is designed to bring people together in an intimate setting. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, sip some cocktails or hot chocolate from the comfort of the plush leather couch and scandi-modern armchairs, curl up with a book, pillows, and throws, binge your favorite shows or watch a movie on the big screen TV, or play some cards and games.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cooking equipment suitable for preparing any meal, whether a quick breakfast, snack, or a multi-course gourmet dinner. Brew a coffee using the upgraded Keurig machine, or make a tea or hot cocoa with the electric water kettle. Enjoy a glass of wine or create a mixed drink with the included cocktail shaker.

We are committed to being both responsible hosts and neighbors. This home is also our vacation home; it is in a quiet neighborhood with some full and some part-time neighbors. It is located in a residential community, with some families raising children nearby. We treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect and hope our guests do the same. Please note that there are security cameras located on the exterior perimeter of the home and property. These cameras are here for our guests’ safety in case of any issues.
