Welcome to Soul Retreat, AKA Absolute Paradise-New Owners fresh new look. located on the second story of this gorgeous condominium complex! Start your vacation off right by having a drink on the extra large wrap around balcony, offering stunning views of Sandbridge beach and bay. The 2,000 square feet that this condo offers will allow you and your family more than enough space to wind down and store all your belongings as needed! Your family cook will make themselves at home in the spacious kitchen with stunning granite counters and stainless steal appliances, open to the dining area which seats 8 plus 4 more bar stools for any extra guests you may have over for dinner! Your kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, all you need is your groceries.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS 3 POOLS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.
PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.
Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.

All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.
