Most of our guests rent a car so they can move freely and go to Tulum center, to the hotel zone and visit all the amazing places that are around. Inside Tulum you can take taxis or you can rent a bike!

There’s also a bus station from a company called ADO just about 5 minutes away from Intima Resort that you can take to go to many places like the airport, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, etc. About 3 USD for a taxi ride from the ADO Bus terminal.

Please note that La Veleta is a developing neighborhood with unpaved roads. As we are nestled in the jungle, bugs may occasionally be present. Power outages are possible but rest assured that the condo is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

1. WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE NUDE AT THE INTIMA RESORT?

Our resort is clothing optional, which means you never have to be nude. Around the pool area, you will find almost everyone goes nude, while many of our owners and guests dress for dinner and in the evenings. At Intima Resort Tulum in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, you can wear as little or as much as you like…whenever you like and wherever you like.
