Welcome to Paradise! Our beach house is a professionally styled five bedroom/three bathroom home located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Designed to accommodate up to 16 people, it’s only steps away from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Come spend some quality time with your family in our private beach house, away from the crowds!

The Surfside pier is open and ready for all beach goers to enjoy long walks, fishing, and unbeatable relaxation at South Carolina's premier family beach!

Our newly remodeled house is tailored to mirror the quaintness of Surfside Beach while providing everything one needs to relax and rejuvenate in the comforts of our home. We hope you find time to lounge around the pool that can bed heated or cooled, swim a few laps, fire up the grill and drink a cup of coffee while listening to the crashing waves. The pool heat is an additional $50 a day. Please note that pool will not be heated from November - February as the heater cannot keep up with the cold weather.

Paradise features a fully equipped kitchen and propane gas grill for the chefs in the family; an enclosed outside shower to wash off after a full day at the beach; six large flat-screen Smart TV's, high-speed internet and cable to entertain the masses, and two balconies overlooking Ocean Boulevard with a view of the ocean.

Come experience what Surfside Beach has to offer! It’s conveniently located near the attractions, shopping and entertainment of Myrtle Beach, but furnishes the atmosphere of a charming neighborhood. Brookgreen Gardens is a short drive away and Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet is worth the relaxing walk.

Other things to note:
No RV/Camper or trailer parking without prior approval.
There are no electrical, water or sewer connections of any kind for RV's
There is enough parking for 5 medium size cars.
Do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk
This home features exterior security cameras for guest safety.
This home is not pet friendly.
This property is completely non-smoking including all forms of vapes and e-cigarettes.

Be sure you come prepared with anything you made need during your stay. While some non-perishables may be available, we suggest bringing any cooking supplies you plan to use. Guests are supplied a starter set of paper products. The bathrooms will have toilet paper and the kitchen will have paper towels. Please come prepared with your own soaps, detergents, or other toiletries you may need.. Initial supplies may be included, but may not be enough for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are provided and included in the final price of booking. Linens consist of interior towels, wash cloths, all bed sheets, and pillow cases.

Travel insurance is offered at an additional 6.95% of your rental rate. Guests have the option to purchase CSA travel insurance Guest Protection Plan.

With travel insurance, if the guest needs to cancel their reservation due to a true emergency which would keep one from traveling which includes but is not limited to an accident, death in the family, or loss of job (See CSA for full protection plan).

"Awesome Vacation!!!
This was our family's second time returning to "Paradise" for our spring vacation week at this wonderful home. We arrived to an immaculately clean home with a lovely layout and with every amenity you could possibly want to enjoy your home away from home. It is the perfect location with access to a gorgeous sandy beach directly across the street and a beautiful large heated pool in the back yard along with a large grill. We enjoyed the lovely front porches where we started our days with breakfast and ended with relaxing evening conversations. Easy half mile walk to the new Surfside Pier and a choice of restaurants. Kim at (Property Management) Management Company was superb providing us with very helpful detailed information from check in/out directions to answering any questions we may have had promptly and always pleasantly and professionally. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable vacation and certainly highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation experience. Thank you very much Kim! We appreciate all you do to make a truly great vacation possible."

"Great Location/Dirty House
Location is awesome-steps from the beach. Great size pool and kitchen well equipped.
Management- Information wasn’t consistent in emails, welcome letter or on refrigerator. Consistency would be nice so tenants have clear expectations. Kim told us we would receive text when unit was ready. No text. We were in the area since 2:30. It was after 4 so we went to the office (they say open till 5). Doors were locked. Keys in lockbox.

Saturday arrival we found:
A toilet that wouldn't flush and had a bowel movement in it so a flush was needed. You have to make your own beds and a fitted sheet was stained. When emptying our coolers into the refrigerator we found crumbs and spilled liquid, etc.,not clean. The pool was filled with sand.

We called management and got "after hours" line. We were told that none of those issues were "emergencies" so the earliest those would be taken care of would be Monday. After traveling all day we had to clean, wash and fix.

We fixed the toilet so it was usable. The rest we cleaned and washed. The pool was cleaned on Monday.

We have stayed in many areas.If there were issues upon arrival, they were always taken care of immediately.

Other issues on arrival: Bathroom rugs dirty, black smudges on white shower curtain, dirty grill and no tools to clean it, front porch table filthy, floors filthy -made your feet/socks black, food still on crock pot. Is it too much to expect a clean property upon arrival or at least a timely fix to issues found?"

"Wonderful home away from home!
Me and 10 friends rented this house for a long weekend. It was everything we were looking for. The house was very clean, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact there was no lockbox on the house and the key had to be picked up at the rental office. We flew into Myrtle Beach and did not rent a car:

"Vacation
Not a good experience for us. After a long trip with the kids, the residence was not ready at the specified time. We had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for them to finish cleaning the property. Upon entry noticed mold in the washing machine and on several of the dishes. Did not make it comfortable staying inside the house. Luckily, we were able to take advantage of the pool and near by beach to keep us occupied during our stay. I would not recommend this property and will be looking to book through a different company for our future vacations. "

"Paradise Indeed
The Paradise Rental was very nice and welcoming! The house was very clean, with exception of the oven, which needs a thorough cleaning. The grill is not functioning properly and would get above 250 degrees with burners on and several parts are rusted. However, the location and house were perfect and we really enjoyed our vacation! Yes, I would rent again!"

"Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This is a well appointed rental home that feels like renting from a friend who takes care of their personal property. The only complaint I had was either there was something wrong with the heated pool I paid for or we have a different understanding on “heated”. Only once did we feel warm water coming from the water source. Fortunately it was warm enough to swim while the sun was out. Otherwise, the house was wonderful as just as marketed. "

"Great fun at the beach!
This house is one row of the beach with beach access a few houses down on each side of the house. The house was big enough for us to be comfortable with a large group. The pool was perfect for those days that the waves were too rough. Only suggestion would be to bring your own knives. They only had serrated knives. Also the outdoor shower does not have enough privacy if you take off your suit to get the sand out the neighbors will get an eyeful! Overall we loved the place. "

"Trip with Friends
We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise, but for the price we were expecting a lot more cleanliness and amenities. We opened the grill to find several pieces of moldy bacon. We found at least three live cockroaches in the house. So gross! My sheets and comforter had sand in them before I even went to the beach. One couple did not receive the correct size sheets for their king bed. Pillows from the living room looked dirty and were shedding feathers. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves because no one wanted to interrupt the vacation to make phone calls and schedule time for maintenance to come. We were also bummed that no chairs or umbrellas were there to use for the beach. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase them.

The pool and the proximity to the beach were both a huge plus; it's just a huge bummer that we had the cleanliness issues listed above, especially with the pandemic as prevalent as it has been."

We had a great time at this location. The rental house was perfect for the size of our group and is very close to the beach (beach access is right across the street). We had a total of 10 in our group and everyone had a bed, and there was one twin bed that was not used. If you have a larger group, people would probably have to share beds. The house is updated nicely and has everything you need. "

"June 2019 Vacation
The vacation house was just as advertised. It was clean & well maintained and right across the street from the beach. The only issue that we had was the pool filter needed to be run more to remove the bugs. It was never reported so I am just stating it because you cannot fix something if you do not know about it. "Paradise in August
The house was a perfect size for 7 people. Our favorite feature was the saltwater pool! The pool deck was nice and there was plenty of seating. The road between the house and the beach was not a problem, it was easy to cross and not very busy. The house could have been cleaner. Hard wood floors throughout helped but take the few moments to clean to the corners. "

Wow! If you are planning a beach vacation, book this place immediately! It is definitely ‘Paradise’. There is so much to love about this updated house. It is incredibly spacious, clean, bright and well maintained. It is located in a residential neighborhood and is a very short, safe walk across the street to the beach. It has lovely scenery outside, is well decorated and has a clean, private pool. It has modern interior and exterior furniture and new amenities. It has a welcoming front walkway with extensive outdoor lighting both front and back. There were 4 of us, and clearly this house had plenty of space for additional guests. We are definitely coming back, but next time we will bring more family members and will stay longer. It has new laundry facilities, a grill and tvs in each bedroom. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. It the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it!! "

"Wonderful place to stay.
The house was immaculate and well stocked in the kitchen. The front porch was great to sit on in the morning and drink coffee. The pool was very clean and we had a ball. We loved the beach and the kids loved the pool when I did not want to be on the beach anymore. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the one at the pier serves breakfast and that was great watching the waves while eating breakfast. I WILL be back."

What an amazing time we had. The house is better than pictured, with new appliances, quality furniture and comfortable beds. All the kitchen equipment was provided that we needed to prepare meals. "Family Vacation 2017
We showed up ready to relax and have family fun.. once we set foot on the property we knew that we chose the right vacation home. The rooms were very nice and roomy, tvs all areas a plus, kitchen was more equipped than we knew. What set the whole place off is the back yard.. salt water pool and the area to lounge. "PARADISE is paradise!
In a nutshell: we all want to come back! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the people at (Property Management) were wonderful! we had spent the last 30 years renting in Myrtle Beach from a private owner and were hesitant about renting from a third party, but Southern Coast has changed our minds; we even like the Surfside community better than Myrtle/North Myrtle! My only complaint (so tiny!) is that the property needs more kitchen towels/wash clothes (we are neat-freaks). We all voted and want to come back next year, but instead of just one week, the entire family wants 2 weeks."

"Beautiful house and great location
Our family had a wonderful stay at Paridise beach house. The description of house was right on. Even prettier in person. Beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen with high end appliances including Kerig, very short and easy walk to beach. Really only about 2 minutes. Private pool area is beautiful and enjoyed cooking on gas grill. Great stay. Will definitely be back!"
