Hello Andrea the condo is not what we expected.. I listed what at first sight I saw within one day. We had a much better condo last year. The owner here do not care about people that are renting it. It is your responsibility to make sure the condo is perfect before renting it. See the details below:4 dining room table chairs missing legs
the windows of the gallery are so dirty that it's difficult to see the water
lack of basic utensils such as spatula, small spoons, knife for slicing bread, scissors etc.
no plastic cover for the microwave
cleaning done quickly example on fridge door, corner on the floor behind the very dirty bidet
no dishcloth or dishcloth
no bogey for the beach no umbrella
1 ply toilet paper
no rack for drying laundry
broken sliding door that does not slide.
The toilet seat has one screw loose that can not be tighten I tried
We want to know what AYP rentals will do about that.

"Great appartment looking over the bay.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was great to sit on the big balcony with the beautiful. Wonderful sunsets.
The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is good and you can walk to the sea. Nice that there are beach chairs in the appartment. It’s also close to the supermarket and a few cafes.
It would help to get a vacuum cleaner that works and picks up dust. It would be a nice touch to also leave a few dishwasher tablets and hand soap in the bathrooms.

Very nice in general, the view, the pool, the spa. I would recommend this property. Message to the owner: make sure the basic tools are provided in the kitchen, the bathrooms and stuff for the the beach (a bit worn out). Thank you!"

"Great Stay
Overall our stay here was very good. The room has a nice view over the ocean. The swimming pool was amazing. I loved the fact that the pool was heated. That was a major plus. The manager of the property, Andrea was always available to answer any question we had which was superb and very appreciative. The location was great. The beach was in walking distance. Publix and many great restaurants was in walking distance from the room. In addition, the rooms were pretty nice and clean. Although the rooms were somewhat older, they actually had a modern look with the decor. To make this room more appealing, the washing machine needs to be replaced or serviced. It had a funky smell that caused all of our clothes to smell like mildew. The clothes actually smelled worse after washing them. I also would suggest more cleaning products in the room. I really believe people would actually help keep the room sanitized and clean if cleaning products were available. Also, the weight room could use some enhancement. There were only 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb dumbbells. Overall, this was a great stay for our needs. I would recommend this stay for others. "

"Perfect location
Beautiful, scenic view of bay, especially at night. Short walk to many restaurants and beach-an even shorter walk to Publix grocery store. Appreciated beach chairs and umbrella to use on the beach. Very nice pool. Hot tub was closed due to COVID. Be sure to plug in the router to get WiFi. Would definitely recommend this condo. "

Great condo with amazing views. Located within walking distance of the ocean, places to eat and grocery store right around the corner. The condo itself was really nice and modern. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waters. "

Thumbs up to the AYP team for a very positive, friendly and hassle-free experience. They were all responsive, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The property was 'as advertised', the location is excellent and the pool is awesome! The mattresses in the second bedroom could be replaced, and a few more hangers would be nice, but aside from those, our stay was wonderful."

The title for the property says "quiet" but it isn't. There is a noisy sports complex across the street where you hear kids screaming inside the unit morning through evening. "

"Great vacation stay in Sunny Isles
Had a spectacular first time experience with AYP rentals. Our agent, Fred Miguel was wonderful from the start. The condo was exactly how it was promoted and the intracoastal view from our balcony was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the additional seating along the seawall with unobstructed views of the shoreline. We saw dolphins, herons, bright green lizards, seagulls, and many other fish and birds right from our balcony or the pool. The weather was perfect and we had plenty of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. "

Great. Everything in order and timely.
However, I regret not being able to use the pool throughout our stay. The children were looking forward to it and were disappointed. Even if it was closed due to unforseen hurricane Irma damage, I would have expected AYP to inform us prior to our arrival of the situation. Not happy with AYP keeping silent."
