Corona Virus (COVID-19) Cleaning and Sanitization Process
Cleanliness and safety are always a top priority at (Property Management) Properties. As such, our team has developed new practices that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation recommended safety measures.
CDC Approved Cleaning Agents
Cleaners are trained in CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Corona Virus. All high touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, and remote controls are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Sanitization of ALL Bedding & Linens
All (Property Management) properties will use standardized linens, bedding and towels. ALL linens and towels will be removed, sanitized and professionally laundered between guest arrivals. No back-up linens or blankets will be stored in closets. Protective pillow covers are cleaned and sanitized for additional safety. (If guests are concerned, they may want to bring their own personal pillows for added safety.)
Housekeepers will re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. (Guests who are concerned may wish to re-wash pots and pans or utensils prior to use).

Wash your hands often - regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
