This owner truly knows how to put together a fabulous unit! They have been relentless in making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. If you have recently stayed in this unit you will know, but if not then you are in for a treat. As you journey to the patio, you can relax and enjoy the view on the new patio furniture. Just through the patio doors, you will find that family time has never been easier in the spacious and cozy living room with brand new furniture. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials including a Keurig and drip coffee pot, and new full size front loading washer and dryer. Each bedroom is stocked with updated furniture and bedding. In the primary bedroom you will find a comfortable and new king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access. The guest bedroom has new queen and twin gel/foam mattresses that will give you the perfect night’s rest. In the third bedroom or the “Crow’s Nest” you will find two built twin mattresses with new beds as well.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Property pictures are accurate. Unit is clean and very well equipped with all kinds of kitchen tableware. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Balcony was perfect for eating and relaxing. We have stayed at your resort for many years and have rented well over 20 units. I pay for the Gold choice when available. This unit was charged as such but was outdated. I do not think it was worth the price. Also, 2 towels per bath is not enough for what you charge. We did laundry quite often. "

"Perfection on Butler Beach
Our family travels to St. Augustine annually but this was our first time staying at . We are a family of 5, consisting of my husband, myself, our two kids (3 + 9) and my husband's mom (aka Nana.)

Our check in was super easy and flexible. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until midnight, but the locker check in procedure made the process super easy.

The unit itself and the entire property overall is immaculate and meticulously maintained. We really enjoyed and took advantage of all of the amenities. We had a couple rainy afternoons, so the indoor pool came in handy so we did not have to sacrifice pool time due to the unexpected weather.

The outdoor pool is gorgeous and the boardwalk to the beach is a game changer. It made getting to and from the beach so much easier. Also, as parents we really appreciated the safety of gates to the pool and also to the beach.

Our AirBNB host (condo owner) was phenomenal. We found the office and grounds staff to be nice as well when we ran into them.

This particular unit is perfectly located on the second floor so an easy walk up the stairs if you do not want to wait for the elevator, but also conveniently located next to the elevator which makes bringing luggage and groceries in a breeze.

The view is perfect and super close to the pool so worked out well for us.

My only minor feedback would be to maybe have some basic items provided. We did not have a kitchen garbage bag or any dish soap which was a tiny bit of a hassle since we got there so late at night and didn't want to drag our kids out to the store that late. The office did state that every unit receives an "amenities pack" but it is extremely basic, and seems to differ from unit to unit or who cleans. Our friends had a different unit and they were provided with a few more items. But now that we know, we know.

My family and I had an amazing time at Brian’s condo. He was an outstanding host - anything we had questions about was answered immediately (or before we could think of it.) ��

The condo is beautiful and was SUPER clean. It is in a very convenient location close to downtown St Augustine but far enough away you can relax without being swarmed by other people.

The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could think of, and the patio area overlooked the pool and ocean.

I would definitely stay here again. 12/10 rating. "

"Great for Families!
We stayed in this condo for our family vacation, 3 adults, 5 kids. It was set up wonderfully, my girls were able to share a room with plenty of space for all of them. And they were in love with the decor and door leading the adjoining bathroom. The closet room had two beds and an impressive amount of space for something smaller than a regular room. The master bedroom was lovely! But watch out for the height of the bed, if you are short like me,and the width of the bathroom door��.
The view from the balcony is superb. We spent most mornings of our trip watching the sunrise from that spot. And our afternoons enjoying the breeze that came off the ocean. It was large enough to accommodate many adults, as were we on this trip with all of my husband's family.
The condo was lovely and clean. We had to move a few breakables so the 9 month old wouldn't destroy everything. And two of the things we were grateful for that not everyone had, a full sized washer/dryer and a towel rack on the balcony.
The entire complex is truly lovely. Our children were able to go back and forth between our condo and those of other family members with no worries.
The staff is so helpful and kind, especially Nate! He would walk around checking on everyone throughout the day
The beach is a very short walk from any of the condos. It made quick trips to the beach very doable for our family. And the beach itself is gorgeous and well maintained.
We also spent a considerable amount of time at the pool. The pool is spacious, has lots of chairs, tables, and umbrellas. It is cared for daily.

I would very much recommend this condo to anyone travelling to St. Augustine. We are currently talking about booking for next year. "

"Lovely condo!
Unit 1206 was newly renovated so all furnishings were nice. Sliding glass door to patio very difficult to open and needs a handle on the outside. Also, door between 2nd bedroom and hall bath was made permanently shut so that was a little inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom users. Otherwise, we enjoyed our family vacation and will look forward to returning next year!"

We loved our beach vacation. The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed the condo and had no complaints. The king size mattress was very comfortable, we liked the furniture being leather, kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked but are very small - would be nice if they were larger. The patio table and chairs were nice as well. The new improved boardwalk to beach was a wonderful surprise this year to have a ramp at both ends and no steps! The landscaping was also improved with some of the big bushes being removed. We wished the pool was open a little later (closes at dusk for turtle season).... But we got the privilege of actually seeing the turtles hatch on our last night there which was awesome. "

Overall it was a good experience. The unit could use a couple of updates but overall it was fine. The outdoor chairs and table need to be replaced, they are rusting. "Gold? maybe by definition but not visually
We stayed in Gold 1206 and was told that Gold by definition had to have updated cabinets, counter tops and floors. Well, ok, this is true of 1206. However the rest of the unit was pretty nasty. I won't complain about how dirty it was bc I chose to clean anyway due to Covid, but somethings can't be cleaned. The area rug in the family room was beyond disgusting, the table next to the armchair was a tv tray, the outdoor table was rusting and peeling, the cushions out there were moldy so we had to throw towels on them, the washer had a pink rink around the rim (I don't think it was mold but visually it was suspicious), and the master bath had a musty odor that was so invasive that it came home on my clothes (even my clean ones had to be washed). I wore shoes every time my feet hit the floor. And although the huge fluorescent light in the kitchen is not a part of the remodel, it has to go. From afar it looks like we stayed in the walmart parking lot with those bright stunning lights. The owners need to get out there and spend $500 to replace the gross rugs, cushions, kitchen light etc. In this day and age, these things are cheap. I won't be returning to this unit, however the grounds and office staff were very nice."

"Will not rent 1206 again.
We absolutely love Colony Reef. We have stayed here for 20+ years and have always had a great time. The property was well kept as usual.

The condo we rented this year was 1206. At first glance it was very nice, but we were quick to find out that it was very ill-equipped. We had to borrow kitchen utensils from other condos. The knives would not cut butter. The dryer takes 6 cycles to dry clothes. I had to work on the toilet because it constantly would run and not flush. The master bathroom had an awful odor to it. There were only two tv sets. Every other condo we have rented in the past had a tv in every bedroom.

With that being said, we still had a fantastic time and will definitely be back next year but we will avoid renting 1206."
