Short-Term Rentals (Bookings of 29 nights or less)
If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee.
If I (WE) cancel 30 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation.
If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the dates of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last-minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 30 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Mid-Term Rentals (Bookings of 30 nights or more)
If Tenant cancels more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of all Installments paid shall be refundable.
If Tenant cancels between sixty (60) and ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, twenty-five percent (25%) of all Installments paid shall be refundable.
If Tenant cancels less than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, all Installments paid shall be deemed non-refundable.
If the Property is re-rented for the same term and rate, Landlord or Manager may, at their sole discretion, refund any portion of the recovered rent, less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
