" Unit #29 Grand Cayman
is a wonderful property in a fantastic location on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Our unit had amazing sunset views. The only downside was WIFI connectivity limits in the unit, missing kitchen utensils and plastic wine glasses for safety. The property management team is very experienced and professional. They helped rectify these issues. "

"Another Wonderful Vacation
This was the fourth time that my wife and I have been to the Meridian, alone or with our family. The Unit was well appointed and very comfortable.The maid service was excellent, and the management staff,especially Pat Bodden, could not have been more accommodating."

"Awesome Family Vacation at the Meridian
My wife and three adult children recently enjoyed a lovely vacation to Unit 29 in the Meridian. The location was perfect - the water and view were outstanding. We enjoyed the beautiful beach every day and the relaxing pool. The location is within walking distance to several good restaurants and a liquor store. We rented a car for the week and enjoyed touring the island. Our rental unit was spotless, and the daily cleaning was nice. Communications with Pat and her team was seamless. The vacation app for your phone made check in very easy and provided useful information to my family. Kudos to the Meridian for a beautiful relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend the location and the building to my friends, family and clients. We hope to return in the future with more family and friends. "

"Fabulous!
The condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Very nice amenities. Amazing view. Beach was never crowded and chairs were always available with umbrellas. Perfect location with the best beach. Pool was nice. Nice showers and good air conditioning. Hope to return next year."

The recently stayed at the Meridian and had a wonderful experience. The facility was fantastic with a beautiful Villa and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect with the pool located on the beach and a wonderful section of 7 mi beach. Also, there were many restaurants directly across the street. I would recommend the Meridian for any stay in Grand Cayman."

"Return to the Caymans
30 trips to Cayman, first visit to Meridian. We had a group of 6 and the 3 br / 3 bath unit suited us quite well. Our housekeeper, Millie, did an outstanding job in our unit. Beach was well maintained and chairs always available. Very good location on the 7 mile beach. Used the grills several times and they were working well. Zero complaints Hope to return in the future! Cheers"

Meridian was our best experience on Seven Mile Beach. Our housekeeper, Millie, spoiled us! Condo was spotless and beach grounds could not have been better. Beach furniture was always available on matter what time we chose to go to the beach. So nice having clean beach towel each time we went down. Adm staff was helpful. We’d all recommend condo # 29. Thanks to the entire staff! Cheers!"

"Wonderful vacation!
We rented 2 3 bedrooms for our family and loved the accommodations and the beach and pool area. The condos were well appointed and had everything in them that we would have in our home. The the beach was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. "

was amazing. The service from start to finish was exceptional. The unit was beautiful and definitely updated. We never had any issues and will stay here again. Pool was great. "FABULOUS VACATION DESTINATION
, Villa 29 was spectacular!
There is not one thing I can say that was not exceptional.
The property was exactly as depicted in the online photos. Pat at the front office and Linton who worked throughout the property were super helpful and accomodating. The unit was immaculately clean. The appliances and decor were new and contemporary.
The beach, chairs, pool, all of the outside amenities were beautifully maintained.
WIthin the condo everything you could need was there. The views from the master bedroom and the screen in patio were gorgeous!
The location on island was perfect, easy to walk to great restaurants or grab a cab for others as we did not rent a car. Getting a cab was very easy.
We will certainly be staying at the Meridian when we return to Grand Cayman.

"Amazing Villa on Seven Mile Beach
We traveled from Charleston, South Carolina to Grand Cayman and we were blown away by this villa and location! I highly recommend this villa. The management company was super responsive, the cleaning staff was superb, the beach, pool, and hot tub were beautifully maintained. It was in walking distance of many restaurants and in a great location on Seven Mile Beach. We hope to go back sooner than later!"

"Unit 29 - a peaceful get away
Our Meridian staycation was truly a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. We've not found such a sense of peace and "getting away" anywhere else in Cayman and are looking forward to our next stay and making it a longer one at that. The unit was very nicely appointed, the property pristine and well cared for and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend even a weekend stay to refresh your outlook and reset your stress levels."

"2020 summer family Staycation
My family and I enjoyed our stay and made so many happy memories that we continue to talk and share with one other and our love ones. It was by far the perfect staycations ever and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. If you look to enjoy the beautiful beaches or clear blue water or watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset over the ocean, this is the perfect place. We ended our staycation feeling so relaxed. But wishing we had more time as they so when you are having fun time flies."

"An awesome respite from COVID-19
Falling asleep on the balcony to the sound of the waves in the background, or perhaps watching the sunset as a family or maybe it was the early morning walk on the beach. Which ever it was, the respite was wonderful and I can now return to my world rejuvenated. Being at the Meridian afforded all the luxury we needed at an affordable price. This was our first staycation and I am sure it will not be the last. Hopefully again at Condo #29 . Very well kept facilities, very helpful staff and totally dog friendly. Nothing was a problem. Thank you Lee and staff. Great walk along the beach to Tilles restaurant which has the most delicious food."

is absolutely fabulous! This is our second visit to the property. The condo and grounds are very well kept. There are always available chairs and umbrellas by the pool and beach. I loved the addition of the “lily pad” in the ocean that we could swim out to and sun ourselves on. We felt very safe at . There was no solicitation on the beach. Walking up the beach, we felt ’s stretch of beach was the best! Overall, it is in walking distance to the grocery and restaurants. We are already looking for a time to go back "

"Another Perfect Vacation at
A few weeks ago we returned from another wonderful 10 night stay at in villa 29. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find new furnishings and electronics throughout. The unit now has a restful, beachy feel. Throughout our stay Chirley kept everything sparkling clean and we were well supplied with beach towels and all other necessities.
I must give a special mention to the beach attendant whose name I do not know. On Sunday morning we awakened to find a line of seaweed had washed onto the beach overnight. Within a short time he was raking and removing all traces of seaweed. He accomplished this labor intensive job single-handedly in a few hours. (I might mention that the neighboring beach was not cleaned for at least 24 hours.).
Returning to is like coming to our second home. When the wheels touch the tarmac at GCM we all have big smiles on our faces."
