This light and airy ground-floor villa features three bedrooms and three private bathrooms directly on the oceanfront. The layout includes two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and room-darkening shades. The oceanfront master bedroom offers beautiful sea views. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking. Bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Daily housekeeping service is provided (excluding Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). On non-service days guests are supplied with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and fresh bath and beach towels.
Enjoy direct access to the white-sand beach in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. Villa 3 offers a screened-in oceanfront porch with dining and lounge seating. Guests also have access to shared dining and lounging areas, four BBQ grills by the pool and beach, a fully equipped gym, shaded beach huts, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, beach, and gym. Electrical outlets are U.S. and Canada compatible. Tap water is safe to drink. "Comfort in Paradise
This is our second year staying at . The staff are very helpful and really good people. This year we chose a first floor villa for convenience while traveling with two toddler grandchildren. This was a great decision and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had a few hiccups during our stay and Pat and Kenesha immediately helped us out. We lost water twice right before showers for dinner. Photography was scheduled for The meridian Property during our stay and we were told not to use the pool deck area from 8:30 to 11am which was not easy while traveling with early morning toddlers and our dryer was off balance and really loud. All in all, we would love to return to , the location is perfect, the staff are kind and helpful, the property feels intimate and friendly, we will choose a different Villa when we return. "

"Amazing fun time for all!
This was our first time at the Meridian. The location was perfect along the seven mile beach. We came with three generations of our family and everyone had a wonderful time. Our condo was beautiful and clean. We had ordered groceries to be delivered to our unit and it was all there when we arrived. The Managers, Pat and Lee, were very helpful throughout our entire process. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Every morning we walked out to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful view from our beach chairs with our cup of coffee. Each day, if you wanted, you could have daily cleaning service, with clean bath towels and beach towels. We were enjoying the beach so much, we didn't want to go out for dinner so we barbecued on the well kept grills. It was easy to rent paddle boards, snorkel gear, jet skis and other beach gear. Joel and his brother Josh Clark () brought everything right to you at the beach. There were restaurants right across the street, or lots of other places to have dinner. We rented a private boat with a captain that took us snorkeling, tubing, sting ray city, and the Kaibo Beach Bar. It was an amazing fun time for all! "

"Perfection
We’ve been to Grand Cayman a number of times over the years. This is our first time staying at . Both Pat & Lee were incredibly helpful from booking, planning, during the trip & our exit. Their customer service is unmatched! We stayed in a first floor unit with easy access to the pool, grill & beach. Our unit was very clean and we enjoyed the cleaning service & fresh towels every day! We walked to the grocery store (it’s a good little walk). The beds & couch were very comfortable. It was a relaxing, enjoyable environment. We walked to restaurants both on the beach and the front sidewalk. I highly recommend renting the round float for the ocean (paradise paddle cayman). We can’t wait to return!! "

"A week of toes in the sand!!
is the perfect location in Grand Cayman! Right where you want to be on Seven Mile beach and very close to all the great restaurants. Suite #3 was in excellent condition and very comfortable, we had two couples, the two masters were perfect. Daily maid services was a huge plus. The property manager, Miss Lee was fantastic, the best customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We have already committed to returning next year in the same unit. "

"Another great year!
We stay here every week if the July 4th holiday and are always thrilled with the experience. This year my growing family stayed in Villa 3 & 12. Both places we clean, spacious and had everything needed for the relaxing get away we are looking for. In Villa 3 I made several meals and found plenty of kitchen equipment for the week. We shop at a local grocery that has everything needed. Towels are provided daily for the beach that is steps away. The sand is pristine and the ocean is so blue and waves are super calm this time of year. I never have any trouble getting in Touch with the office via email. The wi fi worked fine and even reached the beach. We ate a couple different places this year but Calypso always tops the list. This is our 5th year and we will be coming back next year "

"One of the best resorts on the island by far
This property is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept. The maids were in our room daily cleaning and mopping up after us. Every one was so kind and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and not very busy. I can’t say enough great things about this resort. If you’re questioning it don’t. It’s so worth the money and you won’t be disappointed. "

Loads of space, privacy, gorgeous outdoor area, large pool, jacuzzi, cabanas etc , lots of bbq and well seated grill areas - and all seconds from stunning Seven Mile Beach . Location perfect as walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars on the strip . Very well maintained clean property .

"The Best Vacation EVER!
Our vacation rental was at . The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had the absolute BEST location. We were footsteps from the pool and beach. The front desk was helpful and friendly and so were the maintenance team. Our family was able to shop and dine at local restaurants and hotels easily and food shop at the market right across the street. I cannot say enough about the location. I cannot wait to return to Grand Cayman! It was a vacation to remember!"
