Welcome to this stunning two-bedroom oceanfront corner villa—a true tropical paradise filled with natural light and refreshing sea breezes. Designed to be bright, cheerful, and relaxing, the décor has been stylishly updated with comfortable, modern furnishings that invite you to feel right at home. The villa features one spacious king bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms equipped with hairdryers.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Step out onto the large screened-in patio and take in the incredible ocean views and a dining table with comfortable lounge chairs, the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners.
Electrical outlets are the same as in the USA and Canada, and tap water is safe to drink throughout the island. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). The villa is stocked and replenished by housekeeping with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and fresh towels during your stay.
Other onsite amenities include BBQ Grills and Fitness Center. Local calls are complimentary from the condo.
Steps to the beach is easily accessible via elevators, with options including shaded huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs, dining tables as well as complimentary WIFI for your enjoyment.
This villa is fitted with the new Reme Halo Air Purifying System, providing cleaner, healthier indoor air throughout the space.

"Beautiful View
The unit was well equipped minus the comfort of the beds in the single bed room. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. The views are beautiful of seven mile beach but it should be noted that in January you cannot enjoy the sunset from the balcony from THIS unit due to the trees and positioning of this end unit. Housekeeping and amenities were outstanding! The property is the BEST!"

"Spectacular!!!
My wife and my two boys (11 and 14) stayed in villa 20 for 6 nights. It was perfect! Super clean and quiet. The beach was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo if you were looking to relax and enjoy the views. Everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive and there are some really good place withing walking distance."

"Relaxation at its finest
The condo was very well equipped and lots of room. Unit was very clean. Lived having the washer and dryer although there was no detergent... which seemed odd because they provided everything else like soaps, shampoo, conditioners, dishwasher detergent etc. our unit 20 had books and board games in the unit. They provided endless beach towels which is really nice as it allows for a fresh towel everyday. Maids were super friendly. We had unit 20 which is fourth floor end unit and had the extra balconies on the side and great views of the ocean. The office was very responsive to all of my email questions. Great location and close to lots of restaurants and across the street from off sale. We will definitely come back! "

If it weren't for Cyclone Berny, which made us leave, I can say that this beach is truly one of the best I've ever known, not to mention THE MERIDIAN. I can't say anything negative about this place. "No Frills Stay on Seven Mile
This was not our first time renting on 7-mile. We love the beach and all the amenities the area offers. This rental, however, was far from luxurious. Areas of the interior were in a state of repair/remodel that was unsightly. The kitchen had no space for food storage - other than the refrigerator. There were also no pantry spices for cooking, other than salt and pepper. We used the oven and discovered the kitchen was also missing a potholder! Also, the water from the dispenser in the fridge tasted terrible, as if the filter needed changed or a pipe was full of mold. We found the layout of the condo nice for a family. However, there were no family games or even a guest book for us to reference. We also had a less-than- professional phone interaction with the management when we needed to reset the A/C after the power flickered around 10:30 p.m. one evening. The pool and beach area was well kept. However, the area was not as closely monitored by security as it needs to be. Too many cruise ship passengers were allowed into the pool/hot tub areas for me to be comfortable with. Overall, the location was great but this specific property offered much less than what you would expect for a condo rental on this stretch of 7-mile. "
