Any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from CSA Travel Protection and are subject to their policies, conditions and restrictions. If you choose to decline CSA Travel Protection, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

"Family Reunion
House is beautiful, clean and well appointed, exactly as pictured. Porches and decks were better than photos with quality outdoor furniture. The grill and cooking area on the back deck was nice, grill well maintained. Furniture and layout were perfect for family gathering, watching movies and playing games. Kitchen could use more serving trays, serving spoons, serving bowls, pitchers, etc. for family dinners.
The beach is too small and the beach equipment provider, La Dolce Vita, did not explain the different areas of the beach prior to ordering our umbrella and chairs. Since they do not explain the layout, the rental company should. The beach is a walk (tram is provided) but it is very crowded. We ordered an extra large umbrella and 5 chairs at the cost $1,100. However, some days we were in the third row and because of the crowd could not easily see or even get to the water. When we asked if we could have our umbrella and seats moved closer to the water Dolce Vita refused. The section of beach where they place the large umbrella's does not allow ANY of your own equipment, ie chairs. This information needs to be communicated prior to reservation. Had we known all of the this we would have opted for two of the smaller umbrella's in the front row on the side of the beach that allowed us to bring a few of our own beach chairs. Paying over $1,000 and being in the third row on a packed beach truly impacted our vacation. Unfortunately, because of the size of the beach and the chair service (Dolce Vita) we would not book here again. It's unfortunate because the home is the perfect beautiful beach house. Be aware that there is construction directly across the street and throughout the neighborhood was loud and instead of hearing the birds and wildlife we heard the drills and saws and the construction workers music. Same riding your bike along 30A, the construction in Aly's Beach is EXTENSIVE and all along 30A making bike riding far less enjoyable."

"Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Turtle! The house is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the grill and the bikes. We have stayed in Seacrest Beach before and find it very accessible to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again!"

"Wonderful Home!
I have rented many homes over the years on 30a and this home is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in so far. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children all under the age of 4 and we had plenty of space. Communication was wonderful with the property manager. We were given all the necessary information we needed in a timely manner to access the house and all the amenities of the property. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!"

"Great Property
Very nice home. Well stocked. Very clean. Easily slept our family of 7. Nice quiet street. 3 min walk to pool and 8 to ocean. Management company was very easy to work with. Only negative is the limited beach area dedicated to the Seacrest community. But a nice public beach is very close. "

"House was awesome, beach at Seacrest is a nightmare!
We loved the house, loved the area of Seacrest- restaurants, pool, rosemary- but the 240 feet of beach is not enough for that many people. Because of that- we would never stay at Seacrest again. It’s like you are crammed into one stretch of beach- the beach set up is a nightmare! "

"Amazing!
The house is off the charts. Everything you can possibly think of is supplied for, from different types of beverage glasses, to the most comfortable mattresses. The house is situated in the walking distance to the middle of the action, but with the aturdo preserve as it’s backyard it is in a serene and peaceful. Loved, loved, loved our stay there. So far it’s the best rental we’ve stayed at."

"Perfection!
This house was PERFECT! The location was walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, and the beach, but it was also somewhat private because it backed up to the trees. The house came with 4 bikes which was very convenient. The Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to cook at home. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!"

"Stunningly beautiful home!
Our stay at Turqouise Turtle was so relaxing. The home is spacious and beautiful. The tram was located steps away so getting to the beach was quick and easy. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - cooking utensils, grilling tools! We were relaxed and comfortable. I left a valuable item at checkout and the 30A staff (Erin) quickly located it and returned it to me. The customer service was phenomenal. We will definitely book again!"

"Turquoise Turtle was AMAZING!
Our stay at the Turquoise Turtle was AMAZING! The house was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings that made me feel like I was staying at a Luxury 5 star hotel...but better. I really liked the layout of the house with every bedroom having their own bathroom, and the laundry room located on the second floor. The kids loved sleeping in the cute bunk room!

The property management company was prompt with responses to the questions we had, and they reached out to us to see how our stay was going throughout the week.

I think the thing that stands out to me the most about this home, as opposed to others in the Seacrest neighborhood, is the location. This home is located at the back of the neighborhood and it backs up to a preserve. We would sit on the front porch when we wanted to see people walking by, or we would sit on the back patio when we wanted some privacy. The streets were not as busy at the back of the neighborhood. The driveway was spacious enough for us to play cornhole and watch the kids ride bikes in the evening. Also, the beach tram station was right on the corner so some days we took that, but most days we just did the short walk to the beach. We plan on returning to the Turquoise Turtle many times! "

"Wonderful
