"9 days of luxury
My wife and I have visited The Alexander before but unit 404 ( The Penthouse ) was amazing. The view to the ocean was much better than our previous stays. The unit is the largest with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The location is perfect since you are a short walk to Fonville Press for breakfast and Edward’s for dinner in Alys Beach. We will return again."

"Spacious condo with a view
We had a wonderful family vacation for a week in August 2024. Short walks to the beach and the pool. Both were beautiful. Bikes were easy to access. We used the balcony daily. The condo was clean, wide hallway and high ceilings. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved everything about it! The only thing that is a possible negative is that the beds in the 2nd and 3rd rooms were doubles and they were listed as queens. Great communication from the management. "

The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures and extremely clean! Location was nice with a slight walk to get to beach access location. Accessing beach was easy but no access via a beach wagon. Carry in, carry out. Not sure how access would work for someone unable to go up/down the stairs. Need to get there early to get beach space. Very limited once chair/umbrella vendor sets up. Management company very responsive to questions asked. amazing week in an amazing place!!"

"A Fantastic Getaway Spot
I recently stayed at this vacation rental, and it was a top-notch experience from start to finish.

The management was super quick to respond. Booking was a breeze. Everything was done professionally, and they made sure we had all the info we needed. No complications, just smooth sailing.

The location is sweet! Right in the middle between Rosemary and Alys communities. Perfect if you fancy a stroll to check out the local scene – shops, eats, you name it.

The property itself was a bit of a luxury haven. Spotlessly clean, and you could tell they keep it in tip-top condition. It's the kind of place where you walk in and go, "Wow, this is nice!""

"Palm at the Alexander
Hello,
This is our second time that our family has rented the same condo during the same exact week, two years in a row. I have to say we will not be returning to this location/property for the reasons regarding the pool and the beach. The "rules" that are outlined for the pool aren't being followed at all! We had to go wait in line starting at 8:45 every morning to just get two chairs for our family at the pool. The working staff there would let other families that lived closer, save chairs and multiples at that. There were several days we didn't have chairs to sit at all day long, and had to use the grass area. It is absolutely not an experience that we want to experience again whatsoever and refuse to pay for something that is so ill organized! If we wanted to have a Disney World experience, then we would have gone to Disney World...

Otherwise, our condo was clean in the inside but felt that patio needed work. The chair cushions and stains on the patio were filthy. Hopefully the management really gets the pool situation under control, so that other families can have a much more pleasant experience. "

"Great Trip!
We had a wonderful experience for our first time at 30A! Condo was perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious to fit our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Owner was great with communication which was made easy through text and and the app. Spent a lot of time on the gorgeous balcony with the beach view. Good location, close to beach, pool and restaurants, we were able to walk and use the tram to get everywhere we wanted to go. One thing that would have been nice is to have a few more cooking items available, cupboards were completely bare, not even salt and pepper. Additionally would have liked to have beach toys/gear for the kids, a shame to have to buy items just for our stay, that we couldn't tote home with us. If you want to enjoy the beach definitely rent an umbrella and chairs through the service the owner suggests, we were so glad we did! All in all we were very happy with this property and would come again!"

"Relaxing Getaway on 30A
Two adult couples rented the condo for a week of relaxation, to enjoy the beautiful beaches, and tour all the beach towns between Rosemary Beach and Destin. The location was perfect to meet our goals - easy to walk to the beach, stunning sunsets, and close proximity to everything on our list. The property was super clean, nicely decorated and the photos are 100% accurate. We would highly recommend to a friend or relative.

The only hiccup was not receiving the text the management sent letting us know we were able to check in 3 hours ahead of schedule on Saturday. For some reason the text did not come thru and with a fully packed car, we were limited in what we could do that 1st day. At check in time, I called and received the entrance code quickly. "

"Penthouse Condo Did Not Disappoint
Wow Wow Wow!!! Everything was perfect about this condo, and I do mean everything!! We took my parents and our daughter for a week longs vacation to Seacrest Beach and to say that everyone had a great time, is an understatement.

The decor, kitchen, linens, beds, everything was like having the comforts of home.

When we walked in, both my parents and husband and even daughter gave me a high five! I am always unsure of renting places that I haven't seen in person and being this was our first time in the Rosemary/Seacrest Beach area, I was not sure about the location. It was spot on!! We ended up running into several friends who were there the same time we were and the being able to walk and bike to so much was amazing.

My husband, father and I took advantage of the bikes and rose those down 30A beyond Alys Beach and rode them all the way back into the Rosemary Beach common area. We walked around, enjoyed the restaurants, shopping, all of it. I can't wait to visit the "Penthouse Condo" again, as this will now be our place of choice when we travel with our family. Thank you for an amazing and memorable visit.

The Legacy at the Alexander was a great experience. It is within walking distance to several restaurants. The bikes made accessing the pool easy as well. "Lovely Condo and View
The Condo was lovely. Very spacious, nice decor, good bedding and a better than expected water view.
The location was great with one exception. The constant sound of cars driving up and down 30A was a bit intrusive. Having the water view and opportunity to watch the sunset each night helped offset the road noise-level. The staff at
30A Luxury Properties could not have been more professional. We do highly recommend this rental company.

"Great property to rent!
We had a great time at the Legacy unit of the Alexander. The unit's proximity is very close (walking distance) to many restaurants in Alys and Rosemary beach. There is a slight view of the ocean. The only downsides are 1)check-in is at 5:00 pm or later so if you have an early flight like we did, we didn't have access to anything for the entirety of that day. There is quite a wait for the shuttle to pick you up to take you to the beach (it is walkable). The beach area for this condo is VERY crowded..5-6 rows deep when we were there the first week of August. The umbrella company told me that unless you book at least 6 months out, you will not be able to get a first row umbrella. First world problems for sure! The management company is extremely quick to respond to any issue which was helpful."

"Perfect for our family
This was a luxury penthouse but perfect for our family of 6. The patio overlooking 30A with views of the gulf was a favorite spot for coffee every morning and games in the evening. We loved the amenities and easy access to the beach, tram service, bikes and pool. I would recommend reserving beach service either for the week or daily when on a early walk on the beach. The rental was clean, had all the necessities and I loved the hospitality app with info about the stay/rental - very helpful for the whole week. Location was walking distance to all the beach town restaurants and shops. Park your car for the week and enjoy the beach!"

"Amazing place, great view and even better location!!
We loved our stay here! The place was a very short walk to the beach. After coming in from the beach or in the evenings, the covered balcony was a great addition. The place itself was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. You can walk to Rosemary beach restaurants and Alys Beach restaurants in minutes. The property manager was so very helpful in making our experience be all that it could be. They answered all questions we had and got back to us very quickly, even provided resources for a ride to the airport when we were in a pinch! Have told all of my friends if/when they come to town they should definitely pick this place!"

This condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated! It was ready early which was great and it was really clean. Being right on 30A was great as we love to walk. The tram to the beach was super convenient or you could walk. Our favorite way to start and end the day was to sit on the beautiful balcony and see the ocean. "
