This beautiful home invites you in with its bright and cheerful interior décor and offers all of the comforts of home such as a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large comfortable living area, to include a day bed, a dining area with seating for 6 (2 more at the breakfast bar) and a full size laundry room and a private outdoor shower. The first floor has a queen bedroom and a full bath with a tub / shower combo as well.
The second floor offers a King Master Suite with en suite bath that includes both a shower and jetted soaking tub. There is also a private balcony off of the master bedroom. The third bedroom is a queen and the bunk room boasts queen over queen bunks. The shared bath has a tub / shower combo.
15 S. Ryan Street is directly off of Scenic Highway 30A, so you can enjoy the convenience of riding a bike to all of your favorite places throughout Seagrove and Seaside, or head east and grab a burger at The Hub, or continue on to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Traffic will never be an issue while enjoying life in the slow lane. No matter your means of transportation, you are just minutes to shopping and fine dining.
