. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to check-in, total forfeiture of Deposit/All monies paid, unless unit can be re-rented with no lost time or revenue. Monthly reservations Must cancel at least 90 days prior to arrival. Consideration will be given to cancellations due To death of a close family member, i.e.: (brother,sister,mother,father) ONLY upon receipt of a Copy of a death certificate. Cancellation Fee of $150.00, CC Fee of 3%, and reservation Fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the remainder of the balance of sum cancelled. All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $45.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. If a "Rental Ban", were to occur during a stay, the balance of nights not used would be refunded...
