Sandcastles Vacation Rentals (SVR), is a locally owned and operated property management company. Owners Hope Savage, Jamie Martina, and Shannon Dykes have decades of real-world experience in vacation rental management giving them a high level of expertise and experience.
SVR is a full-service management company offering all services including housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, and bill pay for owners. SVR manages homes in the Franklin County area including St. George Island, Eastpoint, Carrabelle and Apalachicola, ranging from 1 to 8+ bedrooms, from the bay to the beach. Because we are local and knowledgeable with decades of experience in property management we are able to make each guest experience a memorable vacation. We are available to answer guest questions, meet with owners to meet any of your needs 7 days a week and offer after-hours on-call. |
