"Comfortable and clean
We have stayed in many rentals over the years, but this one was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. All of the beds and linens were so fresh and everything was just so comfortable. The only downfall was the size of bunks in second bedroom. My daughter is petite, and not a teenager yet, but it was even a little tight for her. I would not plan on putting any big kids or teens in the bunk area comfortably.
The area is quiet and set back a ways from the beach and shops, but that didn’t bother us since we were there in winter and not frequenting the beach. Fantastic property and I would definitely recommend it. "

Loved staying at Percy's flat! The condo is beautiful and very clean and beds are super comfortable! Great location, very easy walk to downtown, beach, and pools. We had our 2 children (under age 4) with us and it was great. A couple of recommendations would be, working vacuum and cooler/some beach items (towels, toys, cooler) would be great to have on hand for those traveling in."

This flat was just perfect for our extended family. We were just a few blocks from the main shopping area and beach and walked everywhere. The unit was clean, modern with the remodeling and well maintained. We also used the neighborhood pool but did not take advantage of the bikes which was also available for us. We would definitely plan to return and use this unit again. "

"Great location, mattresses need replaced
Rosemary always a good place to visit. We simply needed a place to sleep at night as we spent the days at the pool, beach. Unfortunately, the mattresses in this unit are ‘unsleepable’. I attempted to sleep in a kids’ bunk one night because they were so bad. If the owner replaces the mattresses, I would recommend this unit. "

The apartment was in a good location overlooking the St Augustine Green. The pools, shops, and beach were only a short walk away. The apartment had all the amenities including dishwasher and a full size washer and dryer. Large soaker tub in the master bath was great for bath time with the littles. "

"Nice spot in Rosemary
Even being in the back of Rosemary, you are not very far away from anything. It's nice to be close to the awesome coffee shop and other shopping spots. Biking around is part of the charm of Rosemary anyway. Percy's flat is a condo in the middle of a building and there is an elevator which is nice.. The sectional sofa is super comfy and a great couch for hanging out. The kitchen has the basics. The decor is bright and nice. However, there is a unit above you and unfortunately you hear every single step they take. There were people staying above us the entire week - they weren't being loud - it's just loud no matter what because the floors must be thin. Just annoying to listen to. Our biggest issue was with the mattress. It is an old spring mattress with a topper. The mattress is worn and bottoms out when you lay on it. I recommend the owners replace it asap. My back went out for the first time in my life after sleeping on it for a week. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with and responsive to messages."

"Comfortable and Clean!
We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and bed comfort, the bed was extremely comfortable as was the feel of the whole condo! We traveled with our toddler and the unit worked great for her as well. My only suggestion would be to put some black out curtains in the master, the street lights outside are very bright and shine through the blinds, other then that everything was perfect! Also, the management company was super responsive and check-in was so convenient and simple! "

"Wonderful Family Stay
This was our family's first time staying in Rosemary. We were newbies on the whole experience. Percy's Flat was an absolutely perfect place to call home for me, my wife, our 9-year-old, and 7-year-old boys. The beds were comfortable, everything worked exactly as promised and the decor was new and cozy. We arrived to a band playing at the park outside our balcony and experienced a wedding and magic show there as well during the week. The ride to the beach is a really short and enjoyable bike ride. The pools, the restaurants, and the overall feel of Rosemary is just perfect. We cannot wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to everyone."

"Great Place to stay - but the Hurricane made us anxious
30A was very courteous, however, I also want to point-out something for 30A and the owner’s future consideration regarding policy and circumstances. Although this was our first time booking at Rosemary, we do frequent the area. So we are repeat vacationers But I believe it is farsighted not to consider this hurricane situation, the existing gap opening at the same unit during a low season and the unlikeliness to have someone book in that small of an opening at that time. As such, we probably will not book with 30A and try another agency that may be a bit more compassionate, far-sighted, and accommodating. I say this with no malice, but I do have some faith that there are other agencies and owners that still see things in the same way as I and in this manner."

"Home From Home
I am SUPER picky! And we loved Percy's flat. It was a last minute decision to go as our trip to Hawaii got cancelled and we loved every minute. You could hear the road noise a little which I wasn't expecting and I'm really sensitive to that but I got used to it and didn't notice it after the first day. The condo is immaculate. Would highly recomend."

"Perfect condition! Great service.
This listing is directly across from the green on a middle floor of the building. Kids spent lots of time playing frisbee or throwing balls on the green. The property itself is in perfect condition, the pictures posted are 100% representative. The building is tucked to the back of Rosemary, which we liked. Very easy bike or walk to the square or Main Street. We heard some noise from upstairs but it didn’t bother us. The electronics were great, sleep machine in master was a nice touch. The bunks in guest are small’ish, don’t expect to fit teens! We made a bed in the front room on the couch and even that was very comfortable. The property manager responded to many of our requests, even a new blender for one we couldn’t get to work. Only minor (very minor) downfall, if you plan to cook, it is an electric stovetop and it took a long time to cook anything. "
